Thick, sticky, crimson, blood slowly trickled down the side of his head. Blood-curdling screams escaped my lips. Warm, salty, burning tears fell from my bloodshot eyes. It was hard to breathe through my uncontrollable sobs and screams. Hearing a crunch behind me, I swung around to see the culprit right before my eyes. The face of a murderer looked me in the eye, and her lips turned into a sly beaming smile.

"Run along pup. I like a chase." The girl snickered. I couldn't run, frozen in fear I closed my eyes ready to be killed like my older brother. I heard a voice, a male.

"Baby girl, this one seems to be giving you trouble?" The voice asked.

"My love! Not at all was just going to take care of her!" the girl says lovingly.

"We could use more females in the group. Take her along to the den. Give her to our leader he may want another daughter." The voice suggested. I opened my eyes slowly. The girl frowned and picked me up. Making sure I felt pain. I screamed out, and I saw my brother shutter softly enough that the two wolves didn't see. With that, they carried me far away to their pack's home. The pack's name was Death Hounds. My pack was Heaven's light. Two very opposite packs and wolves. I had fallen asleep from the pain, and blood loss, but when I woke up I was laying in front of a cave. My head hurt and my vision was fading in and out.

"My what a pretty little pup. Light blue fur almost white. And bright green eyes. Mmm, your name shall be Zinna. Your safe here until your a year old; then you start training. With your sisters and brother. Blaze! Get your ass out here!" The alpha called.

"Yes, Father?" A pitch black seven-month-old pup asked as he stood tall in the cave's entrance.

"Welcome your new sister. Her name is Zinna; Zinna this is my son, Blaze. Bring her with you, and have your other siblings meet her." The black and blood red furred wolf proclaimed. Blaze looked at me and frowned.

"Yes, father. Come on." He said and pushed me on to my feet. I went with him fearing my life. Two wolves were fighting over a small fluffy rabbit.

"It's mine Dusk! Mother gave it to me!" A frisky light red almost pink wolf said.

"Go away Banshee!" Dusk yelled. Her black gray fur puffed out.

"Dusk, Banshee! Shut up and welcome our new sister Zinna." Blaze said looking down at the two girls. Banshee looked at me and tilted her head.

"This little weak pup?" Dusk scoffed. Blaze walked away and sat by his father. Dusk looked at me. Her eyes told me that she was born to kill. Banshee laughed finding my fear funny. They both came at me and pinned me down on my back. I yelped.

"P-Please stop!" I yelled trying to sound braver then I was at that moment. The sister's looked at each other then back at me.

"Let's show her; her place," Banshee growled.

"Banshee! Dusk!" Blaze yelled the both bolted away from me. "Not until she's a year old." Blaze warned them. I shook. When then alpha came in.

"Child. Come on." He said to me. I slowly got up limping from the pain. A pitch black female with white spots came up to the male I was following.

"My King. I see we have a new child," she says, looking down at me. "My names Northstar." She added now talking to me. The alpha looked at me.

"M-my name is z-z-Zinna," I say in pain and scared of my mind.

"Sweetheart, did you scare her?" Northstar says a little angry. His ears went back. Northstar Smiled at me then brought me to their personal healer. I stayed there most of my time. Learning from him. His name was Shade. His fur was a deep navy blue, scars filled his sides and head. Northstar saw I wasn't a fighter, but once I turned a year old that's when I had to start. A month before I had stayed here a year, Shade took me to a secret place and trained me the basics so I wouldn't be half dead every day.
