Sara was a peaceful 13 year old. She'd been travelling with Pokemon for about three years, since her tenth birthday. She'd chosen Fennekin as her starter and had long since evolved many other Pokemon. When she'd beaten the Shalour City Gym Leader Korrina in a battle for the Mega Ring, she'd received the Pokemon that became her best friend, Lucario. The two had first met in Geosenge Town. Sara smiled as she remembered.
Sara was about to embark through the Shining Cavern to Shalour City when Lucario had run up to her. Korrina trailed behind him, calling his name. Sara had smiled at the Trainer, who apologized multiple times. "What is it, Lucario?" Korrina turned to her Pokemon. "Does this girl have a special aura?" She asked. Luario had nodded and stepped closer to Sara. Sara smiled. "Well hello there!" Lucario touched Sara's hand. Sara had blushed, the only person she was comfortable letting touch her hand was her mother. Lucario's brother scolded him. "Lucar! Ri!" He yelled. Sara shook her head. "No, no.. It's fine." Sara smiled. "Your brother is doing nothing wrong." Both of the Lucario looked at Sara. Korrina gasped. "You can understand them?!" She asked. Sara just nodded. "Yep. I've always thought Lucario were cool, so I practiced listening to them with my own, Seth." Seth was Sara's first Lucario, she'd evolved him from a Riolu. Sara laughed the looks they gave her off.
Sara smiled softly and started singing her favorite song.
"I sleep all day,
Prowl at night,
Do anything to feel alive.
I'm, in the end, just what you made me.
I look the same,
But I'm not fine,
The master of my own disguise.
If you knew the truth, you'd probably hate me.
I need a fight,
I've got you in my sights,
Only one of us will make it out alive!
I'm turning into a monster,
You'd better run and hide!
I'm turning into a monster,
Right before your eyes!
My tongue is a weapon and I'm locked and loaded,
When you least expect it, you won't know it's coming,
And I'll strike,
Cuz I'm a monster!"
Sara heard clapping behind her and turned around. She blushed as she saw Lucario standing there. "H-how long were you there?!" She asked. Lucario smiled. "I heard it all. Your voice is amazing, Sara. You should sing more often." He said. Sara shook her head. "No, I don't really think my voice is that good... We should head back..." She said. Lucario nodded. As they walked back to their friends, Sara realized all of her Pokemon vanished around the same time every day, but they never told her why. A frightening thought crossed her mind.
What if her Pokemon left everyday to find a new trainer?
(Hey guys! Yeah, I'm a new user, and the name's LucarioGirl101. As the name suggests, I am a Lucario fan. Nobody can tell me otherwise or there will be problems, got it?! K. I may come across creepy, but I can be nice if ya get to know me! Hope we can get along!)
