Jurassic World: Aftermath

Locked in, tired, bored, and cold. Winter has arrived, waiting for the right time to have fun and not get sick. That moment just arrived! Mom Said "You guys need to start packing for tomorrow. You're going to go and visit your aunt Claire for a whole week!" Aunt Claire works at Jurassic World. I get to be at the park for a whole week! We haven't seen Claire for seven years.

"Dude just calm down! It's just a park." Zack said. "Yeah I know but they have dinosaurs!!!" I said. "So no one cares about that." Zack said. "Well I care!" I said. Running away from Zack was the only thing that I could think of. I slam the bedroom door shut. He should care that he gets a chance to go to Jurassic World. All the rich kids can go whenever they want to; they got the money for it. But some people have to work hard in order to get a chance to go to that park. That's are family. We don't get to pay because of aunt Claire but still my parents have to work hard to support us.

I know the reason why my parents want Zack and I to go spend a week with Clare is that they are getting a divorce. I saw that my parents are getting letters from two different lawyers. I looked them up, they're divorce lawyers. I haven't talked to Zack of what I know yet. He wouldn't listen to me. I don't expect him to: he doesn't care for a lot of things, He gets bad grades and he's just mean. He gets what he wants and no one can get in the way of that. I've seen him with his girlfriend a couple of times and he doesn't see that she loves him a lot. He's blind to everything. He just doesn't care.

I'm not going to miss this place one bit! I got my stuff ready. It took two or three hours of packing. Zack thinks it's ridiculous that I have to pack everything. You got to be prepared for anything that will happen. I had so many things that I needed. The only fun thing that Zack and I have done together in a very long time was fixing up a blue Chevrolet 1960 car. That was three years ago. If only we can go back and be brothers again but that will never happen. We change all the time no matter what even if we don't want to.

Finally dinner!! Thirteen more hours to go! Chicken nuggets shaped as dinosaurs for dinner. Awesome it works for the occasion for tomorrow. "I got everything planned on of what we are going to be doing tomorrow Zack." I said. "I don't care about what we are going to do there just as long as you keep to yourself." Zack said. "Zack be nice to your little brother! At least he's excited for something and you should too!" Mom said. "Fine I'll try to be excited for tomorrow just leave me alone." Zack said. There can be so many things that could go wrong at this moment but at least it's one of the happier times that we have had in the past few weeks.

It's so hard to fall asleep. I keep thinking of what the park is going to be like. There are some rumors that the first time they came up with the park it failed and almost ate everyone that was working there. They called it Jurassic Park. I don't believe in rumors. But if it were true could Jurassic World somehow fall? No, I should have fun tomorrow and stop thinking of all the bad things that could happen.

Uhh what's that noise! Can't it just wait for a few more minutes? Wait a minute........is it that time I think it is? Oh crap it is! I fall to the floor and cry out. Mom walks in. "Hey sleepy head don't hurt yourself on the greatest day of your life!" Mom said. "I won't mom, I promise." I said. As she walks out I get all my clothes and other things lined up so that we don't have to wait on me to get to the airport.

It's a rush at the last few minutes before we get to leave. Even with everything already lined up we still had to get the stuff in the trunk and we did that at the last possible second. At least I wasn't falling behind. Zack had his girlfriend over and she wouldn't let him go. It was kind of like those war movies were they both are saying their last goodbyes that's what this was like. It was annoying sort of. But at least no one was waiting for me to hurry. "Come on Zack hurry it's not like you're going off to war bud." dad said. "Make sure you send me a picture of you every day so then I won't forget what you look like." Zack's girlfriend said. "Ok, I need to go." Zack said. "I love you." She said. "Bye" Zack said. "Aww are you going to miss your girlfriend? Are you going to be okay Mr. strong man?" Dad and Mom said.
