"Kat,were leaving!" my roommate Jessica called from downstairs .

"K nerd!" I yelled laughing

But it's true she's a complete nerd.

She believes in all things supernatural.

Like aliens,ghosts,demons,ect.

But I love her for it!

I'm 18 and I just got to college about 4 months ago.

I love it!

Awesome classes,and an awesome roommate.

There's not a lot of attractive boys to my liking here.

I'm kinda a punk,tatoo type girl.

I love boys who look that.

I got snapped out of my random thoughts by the door closing indicating Jess left.

I usually go out and party with Jess and other friends on Saturdays like today but I've had a weird sort of sick feeling all day so I decided to just stay home and sleep.

Eventually that's exactly what I did.

I was awoken by a light so bright it showed through my closed eyelids.

I opened my eyes seething in pain as I tried to shield them from the blinding light.

I looked out my window to see out in the back lawn was where the light was coming from.

It was like something was just standing there glowing.

I got a sudden urge to see what it was and I put a sweater and my shoes on.

I walked into the brisk air and walked towards the light.

As I got closer it was clear it was a person.

As I got even closer I realized the person wasn't standing near the light or in front of it.

The person was the light.
