0.23: Getting Out

I picked at my food Nik had cooked for breakfast.. the thought was sweet but I couldn't eat anything right now. I wanted my little sister back with me where she's safe! Only god knows what she's going through and what they could possibly be filling her head with about me or Nik for that matter.

"Baby, you gotta eat" Nik sighed

"I'm not that hungry" I shrugged. "Imma go lay down"

"No, no you're not.. not until you finish at least your eggs and bacon.. you don't have to eat the pancakes, but just eat that much.. please" He grabbed my hand

I sighed obeying his orders since he wasn't going to let me off easy. When I was done I pushed my plate away and went back to our room climbing back into bed. I looked out the window as the sunlight peaked through it..I felt Nik lay behind me pulling me close to him.

"Everybody worried bout you.. you need to get it out it's been a week now"

"I don't feel like going no where" I sighed

"Aaliyah, I know you hurting but it ain gon do no good to hide behind closed doors" He got on top of me. "Lemme take you out tonight"

"Babe I don't kno--"

"I'm not taking no for a answer" He got up and walked out the room

I looked at my overall appearance in the mirror and I looked cute for a pregnant chick! I grabbed my Chanel hand bag and walked out into the living room where Nik was waiting as soon as I stepped in he stared at me long and hard like he had seen his life flash before his eyes

"You gon say something?" I laughed a little

"You look amazing! Spin"

I smiled a little spinning around. "Can we go now?"

"Lets go"

He grabbed my hand and we left after locking up. The ride was silent other than the radio and Nik rapping along to certain verses occasionally. I was happy I decided to go out instead of stay in bed like I've been doing for the past week just being depressed.. that wasn't good for me or my baby!

Pretty soon we pulled up to the beach I looked around them at Nik who had a smirk on his face

"I thought we were going out?" I asked with my brow raised

"We are out.. just us" He got out walking over to my side opening the door helping me out. I smoothed out my dress while he locked the car door holding my hand while we walked onto the beach

After awhile of walking I saw a small table set up with Rose Pedals around it and candles

"Awww babe!" I smiled kissing his cheek

"I knew you would like it" He smirked pulling out my chair

I sat down and got comfortable while he sat across from me and Qua walked out wearing all white

"Good evening, my name is Qua or Quavo and I'll be your waiter for the night" He flashed his smile. "Can I interest you in anything to drink?"

"Water" I laughed a little

"Yes ma'am" He nodded. "You know I got you nigga" He walked away

"Really? Qua is the best you could do?" I laughed

"The nigga lost in 2k so he ain't have much of a choice" He shrugged

Pretty soon Qua returned with our drinks and to inform us on what we were having

"Tonight's special is; Popeye's! With a side of biscuits and extra water, biscuits so damn dry its a shame" He shook his head going to get our food. I laughed at his foolishness while he came back with our food

"Thank you" I smiled

"No problem" He nodded walking off playing 'T-shirt 'lowly

"This is really nice, babe, thank you" I smiled

"Anything for my baby"

I walked down the beach with Lon while the sunset.. I was glad she was enjoying herself and not as sad as before but I couldn't blame her I would probably lose my mind if something happened to my little sister! I just really want to know why she wanted her back so bad.. I mean was it to make Loni hurt or for money reasons? It was hella questions that wasn't answered

"You know we gotta go through all that stuff we got from the baby shower" She mentioned

"I know.. might as well wait tho cuz we need more stuff"

"What else could she possibly need?" She laughed a little

"The whole world" I smirked stopping turning her towards me

"She is going to be sooooo spoiled"

"So?" I shrugged pulling her closer to me kissing her forehead. "I love you"

"I love you" She pecked my lips

I smirked a little continuing our walk with my arms wrapped around her until my phone started ringing in my pocket. I took it out too see Lucy calling.. I tapped the green button placing the phone to my ear

"Yeah?"

"Where the hell is Qua and Loni?" She yelled

"Qua just left from being wit me and Lon right here, Why?" I asked

"Cuz Loni needs to get to the hospital right now!!"

"Who is it?" Lon stopped looking up at me

"What fah?"

"It's Za'liyah.. she was found unresponsive in some Alley"

I felt my heart drop to my stomach as I looked at Loni who was still staring at me for an answer

"We gotta get to the hospital" I grabbed her hand pulling her back to the car

"Why?" She asked trynna keep up

"It's Liyah" I sighed
