- the morning -
Mallory's Pov
I woke up to Diego holding me, which I find weird.. I'm a horrible sleeper.
I slowly moved his hand away from me and got up to go down stairs to get food.
I walk downstairs and what I saw there made me instantly panic
My.
Mom.
"Oh good morning sweetie! I decided to come home early" she said giving me a hug
"Wow yay! I can't believe you're back already so.. so early, I'm gonna go upstairs, to shower and stuff"
I ran inside my room locked my door and started to wake up Diego
"Omg, Diego you HAVE to get out RIGHT NOW"
"Wha? What did I do" he said sleepily
"My mom is home!!"
When i said mom he instantly got up and grabbed his clothes.
"I'm gonna jump out the window, and order and Uber." He said
"Ok be careful" I hugged him, and he hugged back
It was a nice hug.
Then he opened up my window and jumped out, it was funny seeing him running down the street, he kinda runs like a penguin.
I noticed he left his hoodie, so I stole it and put it in my closet.
I was gonna actually jump into the shower, till my mom basically busted through the door.
"Mallory!! You are in SOO much trouble" she said with anger in her voice.
"What?" I said nervously
"Don't act like I didn't know what you did" she said
"What did I do??" I asked with a nervous and pale face
"What you did? More like what you didn't do"
