JENNY
The day was just like any other day, it was warm and peaceful, so I thought. Me and my boyfriend joel were going to have a movie day at his house. We were only 13 so I hope he wasn’t planning anything a bit mmhmm..anyway I got dressed and made my way over. It wasn’t far to walk, and it was a really lonely walk, luckily I had my music to keep me occupied.
I was walking down his street, only a few more blocks to walk, I could see him waiting for me on the side of the road. ’ hey.’ he said nervously, like he hadn’t done any of this this before. ‘hey. What movies did ya get?’ I said, ‘oh just a few scary ones.’ he smiled politely and grabbed my hand as we started walking inside.
We were about half way through the last movie he got, and I was getting bored. ‘hey I think its time for me to go, my dad will be waiting for me.’ I said nervously, hoping he would believe me. ‘oh ok do u want me to walk you home?’ he asked as he jumped up, as if I would’ve said yes. ‘ uh nah I think ill be alright. Thanks.’ I kissed him on the cheek and walked out the door. I put my music on full bar and dugg my ear phones into my ears.
I crossed the road not thinking to look…a bus speeding in my direction, didn’t care to stop, ran me over. For a moment I felt my my left leg rip completely off and both of my arms completely snap, and then it was dark.
