Beverly's pov
It was a cloudy day in Seattle. Almost about to rain, and like usual I'm late for work. I was a secretary for a hotshot clothing line creator. Alexander Cruz. He is decent, well, depending on what your definition of decent is. And today....is most likely my last day.
It was a normal morning, like any other. I slept in, hurried on my clothes, brushed my teeth, ran my fingers through my hair and out the door I was. I could have made it if there wasn't so much traffic. Some one got in a huge crash and it was a one way road so you couldn't get out, but you couldn't go forward ethier. Now don't get me wrong, I felt terrible for the people in the accident, especially with how long it took to get them to the hospital! But they should have been more careful, not only that...but I do have a job on the line.
I decided to walk up to the accident...it was horrible, blood every where. Metal stuck in the ground and, a person. Somehow though, I got pulled into the situation. The ambulance didn't have enough staff that day, and needed someone to put presure on wounds, and that was me, I had studied as a doctor for a while to please my parents, seeing as they wanted to up hold the family name, but I quit and was kicked out. I couldn't see the man's face, considering it was covered in blood, and was skined to the point you could see some bone, I felt so bad for him, because even though I held on, and we got to the hospital, during prep, he died...it was my first time seeing someone die. And I couldn't help but think it was my fault. I didn't hold pressure right, I moved the metal the wrong way and it punctured a vital organ. I was frozen. I killed a man I had never met. Quietly I walked to my car and drove...I didn't know where till I got to work. I needed to talk to Cher. She was my best, and only friend here. I slammed open her door and waited before the door closed before I collapsed to the ground wailing and balling, trying to breath, the fact that I'm the one that probably killed him running through my head over and over.
I told her everything start to finish. Not only that, but I was fired as well. Although, little did I know...this was only the beginning....of my end.
Hey guys so I hope this was good. This kind of story is kind of a new concept for me so bear with me. If you have any Ideas please comment! And...yeah, bye!!!!
