Prologue

Emotion. This is what rules our universe. The question is where did Emotion come from? Love, Hate, Anger, Sadness..... To reveal their origins we need to go back to the beginning.

When the universe was still an empty and an unformed void of space, wisps of restless spirits would travel from other universes and through ours. They were worn against the massive folds of space, and rubbed down to metaphorical particles to create the sands of time.

Time then began.

With Time the restless spirits that carried residual emotion and energy would collect, and form sentient beings. Love was among the original few that came to being. With Love many other Emotions came into being along with Light and Warmth.

Love became known as one of the greatest Emotions for she helped entire worlds and species come into being. The Emotions later became known as two things; emotions and gods. Mortal beings hardly made the connection between the two, but were content to worship Emotions in many forms.

The gods of Love were ultimately Love itself. Same with the other gods and Emotions.

But as Time continued, the Emotions evolved to be capable of other emotions aside from their origin emotion. Having created many things, and quite frankly running out of things to do the Emotions were bored. That is when the birth of soulmates, War, and Drama came.

For Love this wasn't enough eventually. She wanted what she put forth into the worlds and realms. Love. She then decided to live as a mortal, and thus forfeit her knowledge of the universe and Emotions to live the life of men.
