I was informed my kids were here i was only expecting ryan not hannah but when i opened the door and in that dentist chair was hannah my little girl was in the chair just finished smiling at nathan

"hey owen look at your little girl" He siad and i smiled "Hey hannah how did you get here" I asked and she pointed at my son "He tricked me but the cleaning was fun" she said and i was smiling "hannah were just gonna take some xrays so can you open for me sweetie" i said and she did i was surprised so i got some xrays of her teeth and looked them over it was alarming for me because she was 6 and already had her wisdom teeth so i asked her "Hannah are you in any pain at all hannah" I asked and she nodded i was so confused and asked nathan if he found anything and he nodded and then it was my turn "Open up hannah please"

And she did i immediately saw where her pain was "Sweetie im sorry you got to have surgery does anyone know about your pain like hmm what about brandon your doctor?" I asked she got defensive "B-brandon told you did he" she said and brandon comes in "im sorry hannah i gave you enough time to tell him and you didn't so i gave ryan the idea and i told your father" he said i was still looking at her teeth and she was crying "daddy is their any other option besides surgery?" and i shook my head "No baby i have to give you the surgery i won't if you want to just be in more pain ill tell you what i won't do it today ill just prep you for post op" I said and she smiled so i was looking at her teeth and found a few cavities "HANNAH YOU NEED TO START BRUSHING MORE" She cried and i had to yell because i was her dentist so i asked nathan "get the numbing shot: i just saw her wide eyed "DADDY NO SHOOTS NOT NEEDLES" she says and i was shaking my head "I don't want you to feeling any pain as i drill and fill your teeth so im sorry baby" i said as nathan switched spots and put numbing gel on her gums and put the numbing shot in her gums

and tears went down her face i wiped them "its ok sweetie your doing so good" nathan said as he took it out of her gums puts it on it the table away from her so i waited til she was numb and i started to talk after we talked a while she was numbed and i was starting to drill and fill her teeth

once i was finished she was sore so it was ryans turn and and he was terrifed he got in the chair

and i adjusted the light to my liking and he opened up his mouth i found a deep cavity "Buddy i have to pull that tooth" I said and well nathan got a injection out "ok buddy im going to inject you with novacaine OK" He said and nathan does so doing the same thing with the gel and the needle

he does so and ryan just cries "its ok buddy hes almost done it ok baby" I said wiping his tears and once he was numbed i took out the extraction tools out
