I'll start with ThunderClan, because it's my favorite Clan <3

Leader:  Stripestar; large light brown tabby with thick, dark stripes.  (Warrior name: Stripefur)

Deputy:  Sageleaf; soft, gray furred she-cat with green eyes and long legs.

Medicine Cat:  Buzzardflight; brown and gray mottled tom with dark eyes and a sharp personality.

Warriors:  Appledawn; cream colored she-cat with bright eyes with a sweet kick.
                      Stormstrike; huge, stormy gray tom with sharp claws and wits.
                      Dappledface; brown she-cat with dark flecks on her face.
                      Barkclaw; light tabby tom with ragged claws.
                      Fawnstep; light brown she-cat with a white patch on her chest.
                      Maplepelt; firey orange she-cat with yellow eyes.
                      Mousewhisker; black tom with sensitive whiskers.
                      Sparrowflight; energetic, small she-cat with mottled fur.
                      Blossomtail; creamy-coated she cat with soft eyes.
                      Ravenwing; jet-black, large tom with amber eyes.

                      Clawear; large, battle-scarred tom with one badly torn earn.
                      Ferntail; sleek-furred she-cat with a bushy tail.
                      Cloudy-eye; ginger tom with one blind eye.
                      Pinecone; large gray tom with spiky fur.
                      Spottednose; pretty tabby she-cat with flecks on her nose.
                      Sleekfur; small tom with sleek black fur.
                      Flamefoot; large brown tom with one orange paw.
                      Bluemoon; gray furred she-cat whose fur shone blue in the moonlight.
                      Shorttail; fluffy white tom with an unusually short tail.
                      Gingerspark; energetic ginger she-cat with short legs.
                      Shrewfoot; white tom with small paws.

                      Foxface; golden she-cat with a long snout.
                      Bushtail; thrust colored tom with a very poofy tail.
                      Rainpelt; gray tom with long fur.
                      Frostnose; pretty tabby she-cat with a nose always cold to the touch
                      Kinktail; small brown tom that has a tail with lots of kinks.
                      Thornbush; light tabby tom with spiky fur.

Apprentices: Leafpaw; pretty tabby she-cat with blue eyes.

Queens:  Pepperfleck; long haired white she-cat with black flecks.  Formally a kittypet.  (Mother of Robinkit, a small brown she-kit and Hawkkit, a large gray tom)
                    Swanfeather; silky white she-cat with blue eyes.  (Mother of Frogkit, a gray and brown mottled tom, Honeykit, a golden/creamy colored she-kit, and Swiftkit, a black and brown tom)

Elders:  Icetuft; long haired, gray and white tom.  Retired medicine cat.
                 Adderclaw; brown tabby tom.
                 Breezytail; long furred she-cat.
