Mipha x Link

Prologue

It has been a little over a year since Calamity Ganon was defeated, and things are finally starting to get back to nornal . Since then I have remained Princess Zelda's  appointed knight, although she rarely leaves the castle since her duties leave her so occupied. She usually sends me on errands out of the kingdom since she is needed at the castle. My most recent assignment is to meet with each of the four champions of the Gerudo, Rito, Goron and Zora races . Now that things have settled down its time to discuss what to do with the divine beasts. Princess Zelda has proposed that they be kept as monuments and preserved for the fated day that Calamity Ganon returns and I must discuss this with the champions of each race.

I started with the Gerudo Town since it is the furthest away Ifigured  I would get it out of the way. Upon arriving I was stopped at the gates since only Vaì are allowed , but after explaining I was on business from the princess they escorted me to the palace. Upon talking with the Heroine Urbosa we decided to keep Vah Naboris as a tribute to victory. The next stop was Rito Village  to talk to tge Warrior Revali . After much negotiation he agreed to keep Vah Medoh at a monument for the Rito people .  After leaving Rito village I headed towards Death Mountain , and after I made it to Goron city I went to talk to warrior Daruk  who thought preserving Vah Rudania as a monument would inspire generations of Gorons to become as strong as they can be.  After leaving Goron City I headed for my last stop  which was Zora's  Domain to talk with Princess Mipha. I saved the Zora's Domain for last not only because it is closest to Hyrule, but also because Princess Mipha has been a close friend of mine even before the calamity struck.  Upon my arrival  Mipha greets me with a hug . " Oh Link. I've missed you . I've missed you too Mipha, but before we catch up we have business to discuss." She nods and we discuss the proposal to turn Vah Ruta  into a monument. She thinks it will be a reminder of the Zora races strength and be a symbol of hope to her people. Afterwards she shows me around the domain and we meet up with her brother Prince  Sidon. Mipha explains the plans to turn Vah Ruta into a monument and he agrees that its a great idea and runs off to tell the king. I look at the sky and notice how low the sun has gotten I look to Mipha and tell her I should start heading back to Hyrule. She looks at at me a sad look on her face. " You're going so soon." I look back at her not wanting to leave. " I have been gone several days, I need to report to the Princess." I walk her back to the palace.  She stops at the door. " There's something I want to give you, wait here." She runs inside. She returns a few minutes later carrying a bundle of cloth. She hands it to me and I unwrap it revealing a set of armor. "It's the Zora armor , it will give you increased swimming speed and you can do a spin attack while in the water." I look at the armor . " Thanks  Mipha, but you didn't have to." I look at her and she smiles. " I made it for you link try it on for me ." I put on the armor its a perfect fit .  " Why did you make this armor for me " I look in to her eyes. She hesitates at first but then she meets my gaze " I made it for you because your the dearest person to me, I love you Link." At first i'm stunnedI never knew ,but after thinking about it I come up with a response . " I love you too Mipha." I grab her hands and pull her close until our lips meet . I wrap my arms around her and kiss her passionately, our kiss lasts for a few minutes until I realize she's crying . I pull away and ask, "why are you crying ?" She wipes at her eyes and says, " I just never thought this day would come." I pull her close "well its here now ,so there's nothing to cry about ." She stops crying and says, "you should probably head back soon." I know, but i'll come back to visit you as soon as i'm  able to." I pull her in for one more kiss and then I head back to Hyrule.
