Billy (Billy is German) was in the Natural Selections section of the store. He was in a food store. He found a little ball. He stared at it. The ball seemed to dissatisfy him so he walked away.
He saw and american eating a ball from the big sample tray. The american proceeded to perform the act of choking before billy saw him disappear.
Billy realized his name was Alfred. he got his bicycle and went home (Alfred is America). He got fat.
After Doitsu (That american dude) disappeared, he realized his name was Ludwig and reappeared. He went home and ate sausages (Ludwig is Germany).
Ludwig stopped eating balls after he choked and disappeared, but Alfred started eating many balls after he witnessed Ludwig eat a ball. He decided to eat every ball he could find so he could perform the same choking ritual he was Ludwig do once. Everyone then stopped what they were doing to see Ancient Rome descend from heaven and sing a song.
