Damon and I were searching for Stefan. I was scared that Katherine did something horrible to him. Damon grabbed my arm when I was walking away from him, "Where are you going?" He asked. I jerked my arm away. It was dark out. The crickets were chirping and an owl hooed every once in awhile, "I'm going to check the backyard," I told him. Damon shook his head. His eyes were alert, "No, not by yourself," he said. I shook my head, "Damon, I can handle myself." I said. I ran to the backyard. Everything was black. The trees were black the grass was black. I was freezing. Katherine put pretty much no clothes on me. I only had one of my cami's on. I crossed my arms to warm up myself. I saw a large figure standing out. It was a shed. I ran towards it, "Stefan!" I hollered. I ran faster and faster, but for some reason I felt like I kept running slower. "Stefan!" I yelled again almost out of breath. I finally reached the shed. I tried to open the doors, but they were stuck. The doors were creaking, but they wouldn't open. I kept pounding it and kicking it. Then I saw a large rock near the shed. I tried to pick it up. I picked up the rock and threw it against the door. The door cracked open. I pulled the door and door began to open. I saw a body lying on a bunch of yard equipment. I ran towards it.

I saw Stefan' s face. There was a wooden stake pierced inside of him. I grabbed the stake and took it out of him. There was blood on him. I bent down. I let my hand stroke Stefan' s face, "Stefan, Stefan," I said, "I'm here, I'm here. C'mon wake up." I felt hot tears fall down my cheeks. I kept shaking Stefan' s shoulder, "Stefan!" I yelled. I sobbed into his chest. He is not dead. He is not dead. "Damon!" I yelled. I kept looking at Stefan. I brushed his hair with my hand. "Please don't leave me." I sobbed. I could hear footsteps from outside. Damon was at the door, "No," he whispered. Damon ran toward Stefan and bent down next to me. Damon put his ear near Stefan' s mouth, "He's breathing," he said. A sigh of relief came out of me. I rubbed my eyes. Damon wrapped his arms around me. I sobbed into him. Damon was stroking my hair. I looked at Stefan. Then the though hit me. I slowly got up from Damon, "He needs blood," I told Damon. Damon shook his head. He was disagreeing with me. His hands were on my face, "Trust me you do not want to do that," I said, "once Stefan drinks blood from the vein he'll go on a killing spree." I held Damon's wrist. Stefan could die. Stefan is weak now and he needs blood. I'm willing to sacrifice myself for him. He almost got himself killed when he pushed me away from that car. It was my turn to repay him, "He could die, Damon!" I told him, "Doesn't that matter to you?" Damon looked straight into my eyes. I lowered his hands down from my face. I let go of his hands. "Of course it matters to me, Anna," he said, "He's my brother." "Then let me do this." I said. I backed away from Damon. I found a knife lying on the ground. I slit my wrist. A grunt came out of my mouth. Blood dripped down my wrist.

I placed my wrist near Stefan' s lips. My blood stained his dry, cracked lips. Damon moved himself back, "I can't, Anna," he said with his back against the door. I didn't care what Damon said. I felt lips press my skin. To, what felt like needles, pierced into my skin. I felt Stefan sucking the blood away from me. He slowly moved his hands to grip my wrist. He sucked harder and it became painfully. I tried not to groan. I saw Stefan' s hazel eyes fly open. He let go of my wrist. Stefan sat up and gasped. My hand was on his back, "Stefan," I said relived and hugged him. Stefan had my blood dripping down his lips. Stefan stared at me and backed away a little, "Stefan, are you okay?" I asked. Stefan shook his head, "Anna, you need to get away from me." He told me. Damon came running towards me and held me away from Stefan. Damon ripped a piece of his shirt and wrapped the fabric around my wrist. Damon had my blood on his fingers. He looked at them and then looked up at me. But Damon wiped his fingers on his pants. For the first time, I actually see the Salvatores as vampires. They both looked at me. One with blood dripping from his mouth and the other that looks like he's going to attack. They were both staring at me. What am I supposed to do? I thought. My friends are whatever they are to me, they're vampires. Stefan stayed down. Damon was guiding me out of the shed, "Let's go," he said. I tripped on a shovel, but Damon caught my arm. We were out of the shed, "I told you, Anna," he said, "I don't know what Stefan' s going to do now." Damon was walking in circles. He had his hands in his hair. He was frustrated, "Damon, He was dying!" I said. Damon walked towards me and placed a grip on my arms, "You could of died, Anna," he said, "my brother will be hunting down human blood and when he does he'll never want it to end." I couldn't respond at all. I can't imagine Stefan harming anybody. Stefan was good. That's all I could see in him.
