Veronica's pov
I was walking to Daniels to go hangout. Fiddled with or friendship bracelet having a weird feeling in my stomach like something is wrong. I knock on the door to find Elisa standing there. She looks at the smile on my face and frowns even more i give her a confused look the she says he didn't tell you did he. Tell me what. He moved to LA for his music career. Oh ok bye I say trying hard to holdback tears I knew something was wrong but I still have the feeling in my stomach. I go back home and decided to sleep so maybe it will go away.

A week later

It's summer break and I was at E and B's house(Elisa and Brooklyn's nicknames) when I got the same feeling I got when Daniel left I put my short blonde hair behind my ears and fix my bright pink dress and decided it's best if I go home. I walk in and yell I'm home no response. I walk to my parents room open the door and find there bloody body's. I feel the tears escape me when I look to the bed I find four envelopes 2 for me 2 for Kira Daniels mom I call 911 to my house the Kira I pick up the notes and shove them in the backpack I have the police arrive and take them away I then get questioned. I changed my look completely I died my hair dark brown I now hate pink and love black, dark blue, gray just dark colors in general I'm also planning on growing my hair out

Daniels Dad died in a car accident but Daniel couldn't make it I was in that car along with E and B and I blame myself he saved us but mostly me. E and B are comforting me and Kira just drowned herself in work to get over it i fell like crap but we all decided that it was best for me to fake my death in front of Daniel because Daniels band mate called and said Daniel is very distracted by me so we did it for the best anyways I now have long dark brown hair. Actually wear my glasses instead of contacts and don't wear as many dresses and I'm way better at make up.

It was the first morning of summer I was in a black t-shirt dress me and E was in a oversized hoodie that went to mig thigh and so was B.
