The soothing sounds of Xscape's Tonight, played through Y/n's kitchen as she swept the floor, repeatedly stopping so she could use the broom stick as a microphone. She laughed resuming to sweep the residue onto her black dustpan and dispose of it.
She heard harsh knocks, but the home next to her had been going under some serious construction. But, it resumed. Turning her iHome completely off, she listened carefully to only hear them coming from her front door. Jogging toward it, her eyebrows furrowed as she wondered who could be knocking at ten thirty at night.
Looking through the peephole, she spotted Kofi, his jaw clenched as he had prepared to knock again. Her mouth went agape as she turned around pressing her back against the cold steel door. "What?" She whispered so quietly to herself she could barely hear it.
Feeling the vibrations from him knocking again, she took deep breaths before turning around and opening the door.

He hadn't said anything, he was just staring. This happened for about forty-five seconds before Y/n through a smile on her face. "Hi." She mumbled waving. After he said nothing she averted her eyes away and twisted her mouth to side to think of something to say or do. "Soooo ... how's it going?"
Again nothing. His breathing was ragged and his stare was harsh. "Wanna come inside?" She asked again, her friendly smile never leaving her face.
This time he took action, lifting her up by her backside and pecking her lips softly, and then starting a heavy make out session with her.
