(A/N- I am completely open to constructive criticism, so if you have any helpful hints to give me please say them in the comments. Btw this story is kinda a cliché at first and I'm working on changing that because clichés ugh but yeah,Thanks.)

Y/N POV

It was a Sunday, normally on Sundays, the shop was closed because of the owner, Merissa, likes to go to church. But I guess I've gained her trust since the last timed I asked her because this time when I asked her if I could keep the shop open on Sunday and run it myself, with her checking in occasionally, of course, she said yes. Last time when I asked she shot me down before I could get my first sentence out.

But here I am, on a Sunday with no customers at all. Now, when I came in this morning there was a note that Merissa left for me, the note said "Rules: 1. No Changing the music 2. Lock up before you leave 3. MAKE YOURSELF USEFUL!!!" The last rule was written in bold, capitalized letters. But I decided since there was no one coming in I might be able to change that with some different music, so I broke the first rule.

Rummaging through our stacks of records, I mean Merissa really must get some updated records no wonder she's running out of business. I finally found one, the perfect record to play. The Ramones. I have a very wide range of taste when it comes to music but I sure do love my punk-rock. I was right, the right music did bring in more customers. Including a tall, lean, pale boy with curly dark hair. Who was walking up to me? Was it because I was staring? Was it because.... And now I realize who that beautiful, excuse me, handsome guy is. It's Finn Wolfhard.

There's one more thing that you should know about me. I am a fangirl. Especially for Stranger Things and Finn. So when FINN FREAKING WOLFHARD walks into the record store I work at, the day that only I'm there. I KINDA FREAk. I just need to do some breathing exercises, Oh Sho0t I CaN't He'S TaLkInG tO Me.

"Hey, do you have any of the 'Three Imaginary Boys' album?" He asks. I try my best to act calm but all I can come out with when I talk is.

"Uh-huh..." I clumsy walked out from behind the counter to show him where all the Cure albums were, I can't believe he couldn't figure it out. We have the basic set-up of any other record store, and I'm sure he's been in a record store before. Maybe it was an excuse to talk to me? Once Finn and I got over to 'The Cure' records he said something else.

"I already checked here, but I guess you can check if you want," Finn said with a slight smirk.

Geez. This boy may be adorable but how dare he doubt my record-finding skills. I've worked at this place since sophmore year and he doesn't trust me. Of course I know he doesn't know that but seriously don't doubt me. hmph.
