Adam didn't want to leave but he need to rest and see his doctor later, he noticed that he has problems in heart which will suffer him heart attack.
"Hi, i'm adam and im here to ask if there's something wrong with me.."

"This past few days i have difficult on breathing and my chest.. i can't barely explain it but i can feel the pain. is it heart disease????

"A feeling of skipped heart beats, fluttering or flip-flops in your chest, Dizziness or feeling light-headed, chest discomfort and i actually feel tired so quicly."
"Okay, i will give you some appointments and be sure you will come.. "
"Okay,"
"But, don't think that you have this disease just chill and relax remeber that many forms of heart disease can be prevented or treated with healthy lifestyle choices i guess i'll suggest you to eat fruits and vegetables. "
"Thank you."
"So i'll just see you every mondays and wednesdays if you felt something just give me a call here's my calling card."
