Personality: He may look cold, calculated, hateful, and I would be lying if I said he wasn't. But there's more darkness in him, a pit of hate and sadness and loss and pain hidden behind eyes of an age years older then his face.
But underneath all that is a bumbling old man with a heart of gold, just trying to save the universe, one star at a time.
Appearance: He stands at 6'3 with a head of brown hair of medium length that spikes out to the front. (Like the Tenth Doctors) he has pale skin with dark, hazel eyes. He has slight stubble on his rounded, yet thin chin and cheeks.
Clothing: he wears a dark red, velvet Prince Edwards frock coat. Underneath he wears a white shirt with the top two buttons undone, letting the collar flow open. The sleeves of the shirt go further then the sleeves of his coat, flowing over his hands. He also wears a black waist coat with a floral lining. He wears black chinos and a pair of back Doc Martens.
Sonic Screwdriver: his sonic screwdriver is a large silver tube with many indents which create a galaxy pattern' the emitter at the top is rounded but also has a pointed top. The bottom has a a black end cap made of many layering circles.
TARDIS Exterior: standard TARDIS exterior, although the windows, signs and lantern glows orange and it is very worn down and dirty.
TARDIS interior: the interior is a dark, silver room with a central console made up of various pieces of junk he's pick up along the way. The centre column glows a deep blue, which eliminates the whole room, only broken up by black wires that extend from the top of the column to the ceiling.
Other: He's refusing to regenerate.
