symone's point of view
its been 3 hours since he left the house. im starting to worry. i wouldnt worry if he knew how to pick up his phone or let her come with him. that will never happen though. every time she even mentions going on business with him he says the same thing, ' its too dangerous angel. im only trying to keep you safe. do you trust me?'. of course i trusted him. my phone beeped, puling me away from my thoughts.
'ill be home shortly angel. xx'
i hope he rushes. i miss him.
james point of view
i hit send as i walked out of the abandoned building. that was a lot more of a hassle than i anticipated. i just want to get home to symone and relax. she must've been worried sick. shes defintely a worrier. i know it bothers her that i never let her come with me but its far to dangerous. i would never be able to live with myself if something happened to my angel while she was with me so ill never give that a chance to happen.
symone is the only light in my dark dark world. to the outside world i am a heartless man but for symone, i am a little boy in love. all i have to do is look into her eyes and feel safe. shes my home and i couldnt live without her. sentiment is a weakness. a chemical defect in the losing side. thats what i thought until i meant her 2 decembers ago.
flashback
i shiver as i walk down the london sidewalk to the cafe to get coffee. im not a man for public places but this cafe just so happens to have the best coffee in all of london. i push the door open and i am immediately hit in the face by a wall of warm air. such a nice change from the bitter london air. i walk to the counter and give the cashier my order. once i get my coffee i walk back into the chilly and crowded streets of london. As i walk around the corner, i collide with a body. my coffee flies into the air and all over the body of the person in front of me.
"watch where youre go-" i start, but i dont finish my sentence once i look up to the woman infront of me. or girl i should say. she stares up at me with wide blue eyes. she screams innocence and i cant help but want to wreck it. shes a bit shorter than i am. shoulder length back hair and a septum ring. she goes to wipe her face off and i realize ive probably scared her.
"oh love i am so sorry! look at you! youre covered in coffee. i shouldve been looking up, please forgive me," i apologize. she just continues to stare at me with wide eyes. i notice her white long sleeved shirt is covered in coffee and has become see through. i have a nice view of the black lace bra she wears underneath. what if some creep stares at her?
"its okay! its my fault! i shouldve been watching where i was going," she apologizes with a nervous expression. is everything about this girl so innocent and child like?
"here come with me. my flat isnt too far away from here. let me get you a shirt." i offer. i cannot leave her like this in the streets of london.
"oh no, it fine. i couldnt trouble you like that," she declines. trouble? i just spilled a hot beverage down the front of her.
"oh its no trouble. i insist considering i just dumped my whole coffee down your front," i say, gesturing to the large coffee stain on her now see throught shirt. she looks down and notices her bra is on full display.
"oh my. i suppose i could use a shirt that isnt see through," she states, attempting to cover her now visible chest with her arms. i take my coat off and put it over her shoulders and lead her to mr car that is parked across the street.
"come on then love," i say as i open the door for her. once she is safely in the passenger seat i jog around to the drivers side. i buckle her seat belt for her and turn on the heat once i start the engine.
