Dangerously In Love

chapter 1~The beginning

Kayla's POV

Bam!

I slammed my hand down on my alarm clock I'm surprised it didn't break like the last one. I got up and dragged myself out the bed

It's six o'clock so I have about an hour to get ready and get to school. I go to the bathroom and I take a shower, brush my teeth and I got out my favorite grey sweatshirt, a pair of ripped blue jeans, and my favorite pair of high-top converse. I pulled my long blond hair into a high ponytail and grabbed my bag. Even with my hair in a ponytail it still reaches my butt, I've been growing it out since fourth grade and I haven't gotten a haircut since.

I said a quick bye to my mom she tried to stop me, saying she had to tell me something but I told her I was going to be late for school.

As soon as I got out side Liv and Brody were waiting outside in Liv's white car, Liv was looking cute as always in her tight shirt and shorts, and her dark red hair was tied into a messy bun. Brody had on his baggy black Hollister sweatshirt and a beenie, hiding his chocolate brown hair. He also had on his geeky glasses, he looked kind of cute. He got out of the passenger seat and I hopped in and Liv said, "hey gurl how was your summer break" I sighed "it was long and boring, I hate being forced to act like I'm happy when I'm with my dad and his new wife"

Then Brody decided to jump into the conversation "Oh yeah I totally forgot that you spend summers with your dad now, we would have had fun this year, the three of us, that is"

"Oh ok, I see you two, little lovebirds" said Liv, giggling. "Come on Liv, you know it's not like that...anymore" said Brody blushing like crazy.

Liv and I have been friends since before we were born. Brody had just joined us when we were in the first grade and we clicked just like that. So we dated in the seventh grade but decided to be friends, it didn't really work out but we got past that and we're cool now.

Then we drove off to school. when we got there we said our goodbyes to brody, because he has chemistry first so we won't see him for a few hours.

Liv and I have math first, and it is certainly not my favorite. Especially with Mr. Tim. Liv and I went to our lockers there right next to each other and got our things

As we walked the the halls of Lakewood high we noticed how somethings just never change with this school, the blue lockers that go up and down the hallways, that same restroom that has the words "women" on it but has a male picture above it.

The same groups of people. The bullys, the nerds, the jocks, and the cheerleaders but the one group we don't have is the bad boy party freaks.

We got to room 209 which is my first period classroom. Liv and I sat next to each other and talked before the bell rang when Mr. Tim came in

"All right class were going to start off with assigned seats because I can already tell what won't work." He said look at me and Liv. "Oh and miss Kayla Osbourne, after you get your seat will you please go to the main office, they have something to discuss with you" said Mr. Tim with an expression I couldn't read on his face.

After a while of moving around, he finally got to me. I was put all the way in the back of the class by myself, while everyone else in the class had a seat partner, even that one emo kid.

"Miss Kayla you may go to the office now" said Mr. Tim sitting down In his chair. "Oh ok" I got up and started walking towards the office. I didn't know what was waiting for me, but I had a feeling that it was something big.
