Stahl shivered a little. Sure, he had donned a thick green sweater (and perhaps a few shirts under it), but it didn't seem enough against the harsh wintry winds. He could literally hear them howling outside the closed windows. Looking in the pantry for something he could eat, he heard the front door open.

"I'm home..." sighed the female who had just walked in. She seemed chilled to the bone, but anyone would have been frozen if they stayed out in such weather. Stahl shuffled out of the pantry with a few bags of corn chips. "Oh hey, welcome home, dear!" Stahl cheerfully said, embracing her and noticing how cold she was. She peeled off the rather damp jacket and hung it up. Stahl went back into the pantry to fetch some cheese so he could make hot nacho chips.

After a hot shower, Robin attempted to dry her hair. It simply would not dry, though, it was something to expect from the cold weather. A sneeze left her. She smiled a little and picked up the thickest blanket in on the bed, and dragged it to the living room with her. Stahl was sitting on the couch, having nachos and seemingly waiting for something. He heard her footsteps, and looked over at her with a grin. The microwave let out a loud beep, and he jumped up in delight. He headed over to the kitchen to retrieve the food from the microwave.

Stahl walked out to find Robin sitting in front of the fire, wrapped in the blanket he had seen her carry out of the bedroom, and chuckled. He was carrying a dish of baked potatoes, covered in thick melted cheese and some other ingredients like spring onions and ham, as well as some bacon and fried garlic. He sat down beside her. "You must be cold, here, have something hot to eat." Stahl smiled at his wife. Robin drops the blanket from over her shoulders, revealing a soft blue turtleneck shirt that Stahl had bought for her. She reaches out and takes the dish. Cutting a bit of the potato, she ate it and smiled. "Perfect, like always. Where did you learn to make such good baked potatoes?" Robin asked Stahl, who had sat down next to her with his nacho chips.

"Uh...I guess I just picked it up over time?" Stahl mumbled, slightly flustered. Attempting to change the subject, he offered her some nachos. Robin giggled and accepted the chip, covered almost entirely in cheese. She bites into it, and instantly sighs in enjoyment. All thoughts of the cold weather outside had melted away, her mind only focused on the warmth of the fire, the food offered to her, and her dearest husband.

The couple shifted slightly so they could share the food better. Stahl pulled one side of the blanket over Robin's shoulders, and the other side over his own. It made for a very warm and cosy spot in the otherwise dark and cold house. Even with the lights on, the room was dim. Light would not shine in through the heavy snow, and it only made the brightness of the fire much more pronounced. Robin leaned over and laid her head on Stahl's strong shoulders. "Dear, I love you so much, you know that?" she whispered. "Of course, and I love you too. I love you so much that I might just run into a wall by accident looking at you" Stahl spoke in between chips. Looking away for a moment, Stahl mumbled about getting more food for them and stood up, shuffling into the pantry again. Robin smiled. She truly was the most blessed woman in the world.
