A Horse Named Medenoche

~Chapter 1~

"TANGUM SCHOOL"my dad yelled up the stairs.
I moaned  as I rolled out of bed. One thing you should know about me is that I hate mornings, no scratch that, I despise them. I would much rather jump of of a 30ft cliff. Like seriously, who would want to wake up from your lovely soft bed, just to have to get up and WORK?
"TANGUM YOUR GONNA BE LATE!"my dad shouted
I really didn't want to go to school today. Uhh, guess. I'll have to get up...
~Time Skip~
After getting dressed and washed I made my way outside to check on mine and my brothers horse, Chester. He doesn't come cheer often so I have to look after our horse. Personally I don't think that it is fair one bit Because when...
I got interrupted by my thoughts as a whole bucket of water was dumped on me. I looked up to se my friend, Jason, in the tree above me.
"Ugh you got me wet, you idiot" I moaned.
He Started laughing whilst dropping my self from the branch above me. 
"Y your f fa face was p priceless" he manages to say in between Bursts of laughter.
"Come one we better get to school." I said still annoyed whilst heading over to tack up Chester. Whilst I was sorting Chester's girth out, Jason was mounting his horse, Coco. His parents board his horse at mine and my dads ranch so that means I see Jason allot. In some ways it's good but in others, well you can work that out. Whilst I was busy thinking I almost missed the most hilarious thing ever. You see, Jason here forgot to check his horses girth, so when he was about to mount his saddle tipped.
"Aghhh." Jason screamed
Well, I just burst out laughing right there and then, this was almost worth him chucking water over me. Uhhh why didn't  I get it on camera, I bet YouTube would've loved it.
"TANGUM CAN YOU COME HERE A MINUTE" my dad shouted out to us. I swung my self of of Chester and temporarily put him back in his stall. When I reached the front door my dad appeared.
"Tangum can you please hook up the horse box to my car, oh by the way you may be late for school I need your help." My dad explained to me. Whilst i was doing what my dad said I was thinking, thinking about why they had to make horse boxes so heavy. Like I mean why do they have to be heavy, surely they should be light to make it easier for the car to pull, and me.
As I got into my dads car I was wondering, wondering about why we're going out this time...
