Year 3000- Busted

Now, before we get any farther, I'd just like to defend myself. The only reason I know about this song is because 5SOS did a cover of it wayyy back when. I miss fetus 5SOS and so I was rewatching their videos and I listened to this and I was like, "Yess." I think it's a good song so yeah the Jonas Brothers OR Busted- depending on which you're looking at-  are like... yeah... Nothing against them but this was for 5SOS! ;)

It's a weird song but it sounds cool when you listen to 5SOS's cover of it. *COUGH* go check it out *COUGH*

So, the video on the side is 5SOS doing a cover, not the actual version. If you want to go listen to the actual version, look it up, by all means. I just love 5SOS so yeah.

Anyways, enough of the 5SOS rant, here's the song:

One day when I came home from lunch time

I heard a funny noise

Went out to the backyard to find out if it was

One of those rowdy boys

Stood there was my neighbor called Peter

And a flux capacitor

He told me he'd built a time machine like

One in a film I've seen.

Yeah, yeah

He said,

I've been to the year 3000

Not much has changed

But they lived underwater

And your great-great-great granddaughter

Is pretty fine

(yeah, yeah)

He took me to the future in the flux thing

And I saw everything

Boy bands and another one and another one and another one

Triple-breasted women swim around town totally naked.

We drove around in the time machine

Like one in a film I've seen

Yeah, yeah

He said,

I've been to the year 3000

Not much has changed but they lived underwater

And your great-great-great granddaughter

Is pretty fine

(Is pretty fine)

I took a trip to the year 3000

This song had gone multi-platinum

Everybody bought our seventh album,

It had outsold Michael Jackson

I took a trip to the year 3000

This song had gone multi-platinum

Everybody bought our seventh album

We drove around in a time machine

Like one in a film I've seen

Yeah, yeah

I've been to the year 3000

Not much had changed but they lived underwater

And your great-great-great granddaughter

Is pretty fine

Is pretty fine

He said,

I've been to the year 3000

Not much had changed but they lived underwater

And your great-great-great granddaughter

Is pretty fine.
