Chapter 14

"I actually liked it .." I admitted shyly. He smirked, causing me to feel more butterflies.

"I think we should get going before anyone finds us here," Taeil said.

"Yeah," I said. We walked towards the door and before he opened it, he gave me a quick peck on the lips and then he walked me home. That had just made my day.

"Chaerin, your friends are here!" My mom exclaimed on Saturday. I had just finished curling my hair and put on some casual clothes, nothing too fancy. I haven't been to a party in quite a while, so I feel excited.

I walked downstairs and Bom, Dara, and Minzy were sitting on the couch dressed up, waiting for me.

"Yay! Let's go!" Dara exclaimed.

When my mom dropped us off at Daesung's house, Minzy started messing with her hair.

"Do I look okay?" Minzy asked worriedly.

"You're beautiful, and Daesung knows that," Bom said with a smile. Minzy blushed and we knocked on the door.

Daesung opened the door and his eyes immediately landed on Minzy while she smiled shyly.

"I'm glad you guys came! Come in!" He exclaimed, letting us walk in. Inside, four boys were sitting on the couch, playing on their phones or simply talking.

"Hey Minzy!" One of them exclaimed, and the rest greeted her too.

"There's too many people to introduce to too many people, so just kinda, introduce yourselves if you can," Minzy said with a smile.

"But wait, Chaerin, GD, come," She said, gesturing for me and one of the boys to come to her. I walked up to her and so did another guy. He had on a hip hop style type of clothes, and his hair was a rainbow. Literally.

"Chaerin this is the guy I told you about that reminds me of you, G-Dragon, this is Chaerin!" Minzy introduced. I awkwardly smiled at him and he smiled brightly, his smile actually looks like my actual smile.

"Sup Chaerin! You got a nickname?" He asked. I nodded.

"It's CL," I responded.

"Cool! I'm G-Dragon, my real name is Kwon Ji Yong doe," He said cooly.

I'm starting to think this guy is pretty cool, he has good vibes. All of a sudden, it was like deja vu. His name, his eyes, something about him tells me I've seen him before.

"You sound so familiar .." I commented.

"You've probably heard me on YouTube, I'm Internet famous, I love rapping," He said with a bright smile.

"Really? So do I! Who do you listen to?" I asked him.

"You know, Drake, Lil' Wayne, Kanye," He went on.

We talked on and on, it was like I found a new best friend. I felt quite awkward if I imagined him as someone I could like, so he's definitely going to be my friend and that's it, plus I'd never replace Taeil.

"But yeah, my dad is pretty cool, although he seems a little depressed sometimes," G-Dragon told me after he told me a story of his dad.

"Why? What about your mom?" I asked. He shrugged his shoulders.

"Haven't seen her since I was like two years old, my parents are divorced," He explained.

"So are mine, but I don't even know who my dad is," I commented.

"I'm sorry," He said sympathetically. I smiled.

"It's okay, I haven't needed him," I told him.

"I haven't needed my mom much either, but something I'm curious about is of my sister," He said, going into deep thought.

"What about her?" I asked.

"I heard that she lives with my mom, but I haven't met her .. I don't think I ever will," He said, shrugging his shoulders.

"Wow, if I were to have a sibling, I would seriously want to meet them," I said.

My mom pretty much had told me that's she and Appa divorced and that I was an only child. Sometimes I wonder how it would be like if I had a sibling, but then I'm glad I don't. Being an only child is awesome.

"And I want to meet my sister, but I guess it's not possible. Hey, you want cake? It's chocolate!" He exclaimed. I smiled.

"My favorite!" I exclaimed. He stood up.

"Mine too! Let's go!" He said, linking arms with me and happily heading to the table with cake.

"Wow, you guys are close already?" Bom asked.

"She's my homegirl!" G-Dragon exclaimed happily. I giggled and nodded.

"Wow, you two could make a cute couple," One of his friends complimented.

"No, Taeyang, just no," He replied to him while his friend laughed. I felt happy to know he doesn't look at me that way either, and I had already told him about Taeil and he wants to meet him.

After we got our cake, we sat down at the table with all our friends and started talking.

"So then, Daesung had been like, 'teacher I didn't steal your keys, I was just just taking care of them for you'," Seungri mimicked, causing us to laugh at his story.

"That was 2nd grade!" Daesung said with a glare. Minzy giggled.

I received a text from someone and it was my mom, saying-

'I'm going to Ms.Lee's house, and Taeil is there right now so idk if you'd like to join me ..' -Umma

'I'll go :P' -Me

I stood up and put my phone in my pocket.

"I have to go," I told them.

"Wait! Let us have them digits!" T.O.P., which I forgot his actual name, exclaimed. I giggled and took out my phone, typing in their numbers.

"I'll text you later, CL, see ya!" G-Dragon exclaimed. I smiled and nodded, heading back home.

That guy was exactly how Minzy described him, like me. His personality, his way of talking, his opinions, even same smile. He's like my new best friend, but for some reason, I have a weird feeling about him ..
