Steve's eyes fluttered open and at first, he felt a bit panicked when he realized that he wasn't at his cottage. Until he remembered what happened the day before and smiled realizing that it wasn't a dream and he was actually at the palace, but where was Bucky? He felt someone shift next to him and Steve looked over to see Bucky sitting up and looking at him "Good Morning my darling.." Bucky said smiling

Steve felt like he was gonna pass out or have another coughing fit cause he was blushing so hard. Has Bucky been laying down next to him for the whole time? Bucky put his metal hand on Steve's forehead "How are you feeling? You gave me quite a fright yesterday" Steve felt bad, he didn't want to scare Bucky "I feel better than yesterday my love" Bucky sighed in relief and kissed Steve's forehead "You still feel a bit warm but it's not too bad as yesterday" Bucky said. Steve's skin was still a bit pale which made Bucky still worried. Steve took Bucky's hand and kissed his palm "Don't worry, I will be fine..." Steve began to cough a bit and Bucky quickly got him a glass of water and helped him drink it

"So...how long have you been laying next to me?" Bucky smiled "My Love since I've brought you to my room." Steve blushed. Hold the phone! This was Bucky's room?! "T-This is your room?" Steve stuttered "Yes..I never left your side when the doctor examined you" Bucky said stroking Steve's blond hair. Steve smiled "You stayed by my side?" He asked, Bucky kissed his forehead again and smiled "Yes my darling I stayed by your side, and I will till the end of the line"
