You woke up with a smile on your face. Turning to the middle of your bed expecting your very hot boyfriend to be there, shockingly he wasn't. You sat up confused and looked around. "Shawn, babe! where are you?" You shouted out. No reply came back. Turning to your bedside table there was a sticky note that said: good morning baby, hope you had a good sleep and dreamt of me. Sorry I wasn't there when you woke up. I have very important errands to run but your favourite breakfast is downstairs for you made by yours only xx
You laughed at shawn being all cheesy. Walking downstairs you smelled chocolate chip pancakes (aka your favourite). There was another sticky note next to your plate that said: Hope you are enjoying your breakfast, after you've finished eating go upstairs and change. You have a busy day missy chop chop!! Xx Shawn
You head upstairs and into your walk in closet. A box was on the floor with guess what? Another sticky note that said:
Wear this today, trust me babe I have good style. Xx Shawn

Laughing to yourself you opened the box to find a pretty shirt,some shorts and converse. Once dressed you find another sticky note in the bathroom that said: brush your teeth and do your hair gurl!! Then go and get your car keys. Xx Shawn
You grabbed your car keys and found a sticky note that said: head to the shopping centre and go to forever 21. A gift is waiting for you there xx Shawn

Making your way into forever 21 you approached the counter, "Hi I'm here to pick up a gift from Shawn mendes," you said to the counter lady. She pulled a box out from under the counter and handed it to you with a smile on your face. A sticky note was on top of the box that said: don't open this box until 5:30 this afternoon it's a surprise, now enjoy your day of watching Netflix I won't be home for a while xx Shawn

You made your way upstairs and opened the box to find a gorgeous dress, heels, and jewellery and of course a sticky note that said: an escort will be picking you up at 6:15 as I know you take a while to get ready. Btw don't wear lots of makeup please xx Shawn
6:15 rolled around and there was a knock on the door. As you walked downstairs and opened the door shockingly Shawn's mum Karen was  in front of you. "Come on sweetheart the car is waiting and you look gorgeous," Karen says smiling at you. "Thank You Karen," you replied. Karen pulled up to a beautiful beach lit with a candle pathway:

"Follow the pathway sweetheart," said Karen. You followed the pathway which was actually quite long and led you to a beautiful place with an extraordinary view. A sticky note was on the ground in the middle of a heart. You picked it up and it said: welcome to your destination, relax and enjoy I have a surprise for you xx Shawn

Suddenly you heard a guitar coming from a distance and Shawn came up a flight of stairs looking amazing as always in a tuxedo with his guitar. He started to sing perfect by Ed Sheeran bringing you to tears. By the end of the song he placed his guitar down and came to face you. "Y/n, you know how much I love you and I wanted to show you by doing this. But I also did this for a reason. Shawn popped on one knee and pulled a box out of his pocket. You immediately lifted your hands to your mouth in shock and more tears ran down your face. His family and yours came out of nowhere and were standing smiling at you and Shawn. "Y/n, I have known you for 4 years and they have been the best years of my life. I want to spend the rest of my life with you, have children and make many more memories. We have through so many ups and downs together and I realised I can't live my life to the fullest without you in it. So, Y/n will you marry me?

"Yes! A billion times yes!" You replied in tears. Shawn got up and placed the ring on your hand and kissed you with passion. Yours and his family were shouting, crying, cheering and smiling. Your dream came true, you were going to marry the love of your life.
