SKYRIM
-Ohh, I can't remember the last time we had such a cold winter." A young man was sitting nearby the fire pit in front of me while grinning at the sight of me shivering under my pelt coat. He was right, it was colder than ever and she knew the reason for it.
-We are too close to Skyrim walls." I looked back at him with a frown on my face while eating my last piece of bread. I can't lie, I always wanted to visit Skyrim but this was not the time for it. Not the war just broke off. "Why did we come so close? You know that imperials are scouting around here!"
-Yes, yes but..." He quickly stood up and looked around, for a moment I saw his eyes darkening a little, but he sat down and smiled at me again. "I thought I heard something." Just with those words, I heard a man screaming for help. "Did you hear that?" My heartbeats quickened and at that moment I knew what a huge mistake we made.
-Yeah, what was that?" I asked him while looking around.
-I don't know, come on let's check!" Lucas was a little bit older than I was, with long brown hair braided on the back of his head and dark blue eyes. He was quite a sight for the eyes. He was about to rush towards the screams when I caught his arm and pulled him back.
-Lucas, where do you think you're going?" He raised his brows and looked at me as if I was asking a stupid question. I could never stop him no matter how hard I tried but this time he knew how stupid it was to follow the sounds.
-Of course to investigate, beautiful!" He got free of my hands and picked his war axe. Before I could say something, he rushed into the forest leading to Skyrim, to the last place where I wanted to go. My hands went up to my head brushing it away from my face as my hands start shaking.
-Damn it that man always gets himself into trouble!" I grabbed my hunting bow and ran after him. He was faster so there was no way to get close to him. With every step further, the fighting got louder and it only confirmed my fear.
-Lucas wait! This is not our fight!" He stopped for a minute allowing me to catch up with him it was enought time for me to grab his arm again and pull him back. He kissed my forehead and shouted out.
-For Stormcloaks!"
-No Lucas! Damn it!" I raised my bow and took one iron arrow. With every minute more and more Stormcloaks died. I shot every imperial that tried to get closer to Lucas when I heard someone behind me. Before I could turn around, one of the Imperial soldiers hit me hard into my head and I fell on my knees. Before I realized what happened the imperial grabbed my neck, picked his knife and raised it towards my throat. I thought it was the end for me. I always wondered how I was going to die but dying by the hand of an Imperial was low. I couldn't breathe and screaming wasn't an option either his hands were holding me tightly and I was ready.
