Non-playable characters (all those but..): Mr.Meiji and Dr.Wickeline.
Mr.Meiji: Not that much information is known about him only that he looks like high ranking due to his fancy appearance. His health is 500, Armour is 200, and Attack is 100. The areas in which he can be found is only in the Research Area. To get to the Research lab you or your competitor has to hack through the system for the Research Area to be unlocked and while that happens other areas that were restricted will be opened up again. Only a hacker can do this job so if your another class then you have to continue the game. Mr. Meiji also attacks you if you are inactive during the game. (This happens to me a lot because I have to help my mom.lol)Once killed, Mr. Meiji has a Heartbeat sensor(lets you know where your enemies are..not sure about the info but this is like your general info.) and Garcharic Spider or something(no it's not a real spider but a mine bomb.. I think). These are rare or special items because they are hard to obtain.And when I mean hard to obtain I mean that they don't appear often they are meant to be fought for then you get it.

Dr. Wickeline: A questionable women often spotted on the island. She is a skilled fighter. Prepare well before engaging in combat against her.Very little information is given about Dr. Wickeline. Attack: 80 , Armour:160, Health:350. Moves to a random area set interval. Once she killed you can get from her is Holy Blood and Arcane Stone. These items are special or rare because you can only get them by killing her. Dr. Wickeline is the lady in green hair sorry if image sucks I tried to look for a better one but no avail.
