Chapter Four

I blushed, not use to so much good compliments. "I wanted to tell you that well one of the basketball players are struggling and i really need you to put him on track. Please he needs to graduate or else that's it for him, I hate seeing him being benched. He is intelligent, he just doesn't apply himself".

"Who is this?"

"Well you will see afterschool. I told him to meet you in the library. Would you tutor him please?" She said smiling hopefully. I nodded. "Of course ms.orioani" I said. She hugged me "you will not regret this".

I nodded as all my classes went by in a blur. Before I knew it I was talking to Dede and Julius. "So who you tutoring again" Dede said chewing her gum obnoxiously. "I don't know " I said looking my locker. "Sucks to be you, I'm going outside to throw eggs at ms.crawford. the bitch gave me a 65".

"Maybe because you don't do shit in her class" Julius said laughing. I shook my head laughing "well I'm out guys tell my dad I won't be there at practice" . They nodded.

I walked into the library quietly as I sat down on the table waiting for whoever I was to tutor. I sat down waiting as I flipped through the matchbook. Then I heard someone clear their throat. I looked up from my glasses. My allergies were kicking in therefore I couldn't wear my contacts.

"Saige?" The familiar voice said. It was LiAngelo. "So it's you m tutoring. Please have a seat" I said looking down.  "I uh- okay" he said sitting. "How are you?" He asked me. "Gelo can we please just focus on the math" I sighed. "I can't because ive known you my whole life and now I can't even talk to to you" he said scooting his Chair closer to me.

I sighed."don't blame me your the reason I didn't give you the time of day" I sighed. "Why?! What the fuck did I do" he yelled.

I closed my eyes thinking he was going to hit me. I opened them after there was no contact with his hand on my skin. "I wasn't going to hit you" he whispered. "Look liangelo just do these two problems and I'll check them" I sighed looking away from the face that I had falling in and out of love with.

"Okay" he said. "For the record I broke up with her for you" he whispered. I looked at him. His green eyes staring into mine. "I can't do these!" He groaned as he looked away. "Never say you can't gelo, I'm here because I believe in you and your query smart" I said getting up and bending over to the tables hieght as I leaned on his chair. "So you got the concept just carry out the six" I said.

He looked up at me. "Like this" he said crossing out the number. I nodded hiding a smile. "I love you" he blurted out. My eyes widened and so did his. He put his head down in embarrasment. "I shouldn't have said that" he mumbled. I put my hand on his.

Then he looked at me. My breath hitched as he looked  at my lips. I licked my lips. "Wanna pack this up" he asked. I nodded. He packed up his stuff not ever looking away from me. Then he pulled me into a closet. Then his lips were on mine. I kissed him back letting my hands tangled in his hair.

"Jump" he whispered. I did my legs wrapping around his torso. Then he started sucking gently on my neck. I bit my lip. Then he put me down. I looked at him questioningly. His green eyes sparkling. Then he fished in his pocket and put a cold object in ym hand. I gasped. "The necklace I put on the note I left the day I ran away" I whispered.

"Your dad gave it to me that day, and i kept it all these years. You see Saige. I never ever meant to hurt you allthese times I just wanted to push you away to someone better. You always stuck with me. I love you Saige and God bless my soul that your here and not dead. I cried everyday in that jail cell in China because I thought that when I got out of there is would get to talk to you but that would be as I lay flowers on your grave. I fucked up Saige I really did.  I can't stand seeing you with anyone else. It makes my blood boil. I love you Saige and I don't want anyone else but you. You deserve someone that will turn your insecurities into securities. Someone who will treat you will the goddess you are. I wasn't that someone before. But I'm ready now... If you let me" he said holding my hand.

Tears filled my eyes. I closed my eyes breifly remebering the day Gelo told me something so similar.

"What do you wanna be when we got older?" 10 year old gelo said. I shrugged as I laid on his chest as we watched the stars. "Maybe in the military" I said. "Why?" He asked his eyes getting wide. "The feeling, it's crazy. The rush I guess" I said. He nodded. "Well just know that no matter what we are when we get older I wanna be able to see you. You mean everything to me Saige. I mean that. My dad told me love is when you feel something for someone. I feel that with you" he said.

I opened my eyes . "Liangelo Robert Ball what am I to do with you" I said. "Marry me?" He asked.

I looked at him crazily. "What?" I asked.  He got one on knee "marry me."

Had to update for my babygirl heaven. Muahhh here you go girll. But anyways should she say yes to gelo?
