"Where am I?" a girl asked looking around. It was a white room and people were standing around her. "Sophie?" a guy said. Soon everything became clear. "Who's Sophie and who are you?" Sophie said. "You're Sophie. I'm Austin" he said looking into her eyes. Sophie saw a wolf glitch in front of her. "Get away from me!" Sophie said scooting back. "Calm down Sophie. You're ok" Austin said.
"Stay away from me you jerk!" Sophie said trying to push away Austin. "Sophie! Calm Down!" Austin yelled grabbing her arms. Sophie tried to get free but failed. She soon gave up and let him hold her there. "What do you want with me?" Sophie asked. "You need to come with us. This place isn't safe for our kind" Austin said. "Logan and Kayden!" he yelled. The two boys came over to him. "Kayden, get Amanda and Logan go get some water for Sophie." Austin said.
Logan and Kayden left instantly. Logan came back with a cup of water. "Drink this" he said handing Sophie the cup. She drank the water. She was soon wide awake and talking to Logan. Kayden came back with Amanda. "Amanda, I need you to watch Sophie while I go get Justin. He would want to know his sister is awake" Austin said standing up. "We could watch her" Logan said looking at Kayden. "Do you really think she would want to be in a room full of guys?" Austin said. "I see your point" Kayden said.
As soon as Austin left the room Sophie stood up. She walked over to Logan and hugged him and he hugged her back. They stood there until the doors opened again. Sophie looked over and saw Justin. She ran into his arms and buried her face into his shoulder. "I'm glad you're awake" Justin said.
Sophie looked him in the eyes. "What is this place?" she asked. "This is umm..." Justin said looking from Austin, to Logan, to Amanda, to Kayden. "This is a place where we can't stay" Logan said leaning against a counter. Ashley walked into the room. "I thought I told you to get out as soon as she was awake" she said crossing her arms. "What's going on?" a guy said coming up to Ashley. "Logan, Kayden, Amanda, Austin, and Sophie came back" Ashley said looking at him.
"Who's that?" Sophie asked looking at the guy and walked over to Logan. Logan wrapped his arms around her holding her close to his chest. "That is David. He's the leader of this pack" Amanda said. "Leader of what pack?" Sophie said. "Sophie, we can change into wolves and this pack used to be an alie. But ever since they accused us of stealing prey, they don't enjoy helping us" Kayden said.
Sophie looked at Kayden then David. "Did I cause this? Am I the reason we're here?" she asked. David looked from Logan to Justin. "Yes but it's not really your fault. You were hit in the head with a rock" David said trying to make sure that nothing bad happened. "Oh" Sophie said looking out the window. "We should go then" Sophie said turning towards the door with Logans hand in hers.
Logan follows with Kayden behind him. Austin and Amanda look back one more time before walking out the door. "Logan, Why won't you tell her already" Kayden said glancing at Sophie. "Because she may not be ready" Logan said. Kayden rolled his eyes and continued walking. Logan looked at Sophie. "Sophie" he said hoping she wouldn't kill him for saying this. "Yes?" Sophie said looking at Logan. "David is your father" Logan said meeting her gaze.
"He is?" Sophie asked. "Yes" Logan said grabbing her hand. "Thanks for telling me" Sophie said looking forward. "Your not mad?" Logan asked. "Why would I be mad?" Sophie asked. "Because I never told you until today" Logan said. Sophie only nodded. They held hands for a while. Justin was walking beside me when we reached a limo. "Is this ours? Sophie asked. "Yeah" Logan said opening a door. Sophie got in the car and the rest got in as well. Austin was driving when a wolf came out of no where. "Logan, who's that?" Sophie said pointing the wolf running along side the car.
"Austin!" Logan yelled. Austin looked at him. "I'm driving what do you want." Austin said. "We're under attack! The alpha of Death Pack is running along side us!" Logan said. Austin slammed on the breaks. "Sophie, listen to me. Think of being a wolf when we get out of the car and you will become your wolf self" Kayden said. Logan jumped out of the car. Sophie, Amanda, and Kayden followed. Sophie thought of being a wolf and soo she saw paws instead of hands.
Sophie fell to the ground with a thud. A wolf and run into her and had her pinned to the ground. Sophie clawed frantically at the wolf. The wolf howled in pain but didn't leave. Sophie pushed the wolf off and stood up. The wolf ran at her but she leaped at him knocking him backwards. Sophie picked him up by the scruff and was about to throw him into the tree but she was thrown to the ground.
She looked up to see a muscular wolf on her back. Sophie could escape his grip. She refused to go limp on this wolf. She gathered all her strength and threw the wolf off. He hit the ground with a thud. Logan looked over at Sophie, a glimpse of jealousy on his gaze. "Logan watch out!" Sophie yelled as she saw a wolf running towards Logan.
