A long time ago.....
The humans had built a city in the sand... towers and homes made from stone and materials from the old world
There is a little boy in raggy clothes running through town.... an expression of fear on his face... He turned a corner to see a dead end...
"No....." he squeaked.... "not now...."
he turned and saw a hideous best snarling at him.... Its eyes were blood red and its fangs were as sharp as swords... it lept at him... mouth wide open!
"NOOOOOO"
Dog- woof!
The boy, not in torn and dirty clothes but actually a nice windbreaker and cargo shorts, was knocked down by his hound... which began to lick his face.
Boy- get off Ben! i can't see through your slobber!
the dog got off as the boy's best friend came up...
Girl- JACK! Don't worry! i'll save you from this monster
She pulled out a dog treat and threw it... and ben chased after it....
Jack- thanks Brinda.....
Brinda- no problem!
Ben Came back, wanting more, to which brinda shook her head
Brinda- I'm fresh out boy, maybe next time...
The canine lowers it's head
Jack- did you hear brinda? My brother is coming home soon!
The girl looked worried, but swallowed her words so she not say anything insensitive
Jack- what is it?
She sighed and gave her best friend a serious look
Brinda- do you know why he's coming back?
Jack- to see me obviously!
Brinda just put on a fake smile and said what she knew would make him happy
Brinda- of course he is jack
A gong rang out from the middle of town
Brinda- it's getting late jack... we should get home
Jack- ok!
He took off
Jack- LAST ONE THERE IS A ROTTEN BYRON EGG!!!
Brinda- CHEATER!!!
She gave chase, Ben following close behind
