A year in Everest's life

Day one

Third person P.O.V
"Hey Everly can you help me with this?"Everest asked his older sister

"Sure little monster."she replied. She's called him little monster ever since he was a kid. She was 10 and she loved him. She called him that because once when he was 7 he came home crying saying that a girl called him a monster because he accidentally broke her blue crayon.

"Stop calling me that."he said annoyed.

"Sure little monster."she said smirking.

"Ughhhh!"he exclaimed "I'll just do it all alone."he said annoyed.

"Okay, okay I'll stop."she said laughing.

"Good."he huffed.

"So what do I do?"she asked.

"Just stand..."he graved her shoulders and moved her a little bit to make the side. "Perfect."he smiled trumphly. The only thing you could hear other than Everest's laughter was Everly screaming at the tip of her lungs.

"What the actual frickle-frackle!"she didn't exactly say that but the word she used was more what's it called... Oh yeah 'colorful'. She was drenched from head to to toe with water. While Everly was in her room, Everest put a bucket of water above them and attach a string to the buket so that when he pulls it Everly would be dripping wet. He's been planning this for days.

"Sorry but it's called payback."he said while he walked out of the garage. He went inside straight to his room. He the got the computer that he has on his bed stand. He opened the computer just as his mom walked in.

"Dinners ready."she said smiling.
"Great 'cause I'm starving."Everest said happily.

"Yeah, when aren't you."Everly said walking by the door. Everest scoffed at that comment. He got out of bed and went into the kitchen and got some food his mom was trying out. When he was about to sit down he heard a knock at the door.

"I'll get that."he said. When he opened the door he found his best friend in tears. "What's wrong."he said concereed.

"M..m..my mom."was all she could get out before breaking out into tears once again.

"Come on inside for a bit okay?"he asked in a soft voice. She nodded as her response. He picked her up and took her to the couch and sat next to her.

"What's wrong is your mom okay? What happened?"he asked. His mom and his sister walked into the living room to see what the commotion was all about.

"What's happening in here?"his mom asked.

"Oh my gosh are you okay?"asked Everly.

"Guys just be quiet for a second okay?"Everest asked angrily.

"Gosh okay."his mom and his sister said in unison.

"Thank you."Everest said. He picked her up once more and took her up into the guest room. He set her down onto the bed and sat next to her until she fell asleep.
He then got up carefully and walked out of the room as quiet as he could. He then walked down into the kitchen and made a warm coffee 'cause he knows that she dislikes tea. He walked once again up the stairs and walked into the room and sat the coffee onto the bed stand. He was about to leave until the sound of her voice saying 'please don't leave me.' He turned around and saw her facing him sitting up on the bed.

"I will never leave you."Everest said.

"M'kay."she said as she picked up the coffee on the bed stand. She took a small sip on hummed in delight. Everest knows how to make her favorite type of coffee. Everest then started walking towards her about to sit on the floor next to her until she started speaking.

"Are you really going to sit on the cold ground?"she asked with an eyebrow raised.

"I mean I don't really want to but I don't want to sit on the bed if you don't want me to."Everest said with a light tint of pink on his cheeks.

Athena scoffed and patted the bed beside her "Come on I don't bite...hard."she said. The tint of pink on his cheeks only became a light shade of red."I'm only joking. Come on."she said once again patting the bed next to her.

"Okay."Everest said getting up cautiously. Once he was next to the bed he took his shoes off and got under the sheets next to her.

"So what do you want to do?"Athena asked Everest.

"Well if you want I could bring my laptop and we could watch something on there?"Everest suggested.

"Yeah, sure that'll be fine."Athena said.
"I'll be right back."Everest said. He got out out the bed and sprinted to his room to get his laptop. Once he had found it he then sprinted back to the room.

"I'm.....back."Everest said out of breath.

"I can see that."Athena said giggling. Everest started smiling and went back into bed."So what do you want to watch?"

"Honestly anything is fine."she said smiling.
Everest's P.O.V
"Okay, yeah great."I said. I opened up the laptop and searched up one of the newest shows I've been watching 'Brickleberry.' It's not a kids show might I add. So once I found it on Netflix I reached over to the bed stand and got the bowl of chips I got while I went to go get the laptop. "Be prepared to see the greatest show you will ever see."I said emphasizing the words 'ever' and 'see'.

"Okay, whatever you say."Athena said not believing what I had said.

"You will like it, I promise."I said laughing at the face she made.

"BrickleBerryyyy..."I said singing along to the intro. We started laughing because this bear named Malloy that the park rangers kept bit one of the rangers named Steve in the 'leg'. Yeah I do mean 'leg'.

"Ten minutes in and I do love this show."she said laughing.

"Oh this is my favorite part Denzel ge-"I said before I got rudely interrupted.

"Don't flipping tell me what's going to happen okay."she said in more of a demanding manner than anything else.

"Okay gee woman."I said chuckling. We watched the show until we had forgotten about the morning she was crying. We ended up getting tired of watching the show so we started watching Stranger Things. Honestly Mike is my favorite and Eleven comes right after. I think that I managed to watch more shows than I normally do.

"Oh shoot, it's late. I'll see you tomorrow, okay?"Athen asked.

"Yeah, see you tomorrow."I replied with a smile.

"Okay bye Everest."She said walking out the door.

"Bye."I shouted. I decided to stay up a little later so when I got tiered I went out and said goodnight to everyone. I went into the bathroom did my routine and went straight to bed. I think I slept like a baby that night.
