Wolf Ranks! (COMPLETE)

Ranks

Alpha (1-2) - Ah, of course. The wonderful alpha! The Alpha is the dominant of all the pack. They are always looking out on what the rest of the pack is doing. When the Alpha is gone, It is the Betas job to watch the pack. Only one of each gender.

Gamma (1-2) - The Gamma is the wisest, and oldest of the pack. Elders. The Gamma(s) pass their stories, legends, and wisdoms to others of the pack. They love, and are delighted to tell tales and stories to the pups. The stories, tales, and legends all have a moral. Often, the Gamma was once the Alpha of the pack. If so, the Alphas Mother or Father. There are only one of each gender, especially if they were an Alpha pair. These Gammas are loved, and respected by the pack.

Delta (1-4) - The Delta(s) are the messanger wolves of the pack. They deliver messages to the allies of the pack. They always let those who need to know, know. The Delta(s) must be patient, and even tempered while speaking of those of another pack.

Epsilon (1-2) - The Epsilon are the pack guards. Their duty is to ward off intruders, and enemies. They are responsible for the safety of the pack and thy territory. The Epsilon must have the skills of Peace and Fight Strength, for they must have been a Lota, Eta, or Zeta.

Upsilon (1-4) - These wolves are the spies, or scouts of the pack. They sneak into other packs territories to see what is happening, and if they are planning something unwanted by their pack. The Upsilon then report back to the Alpha to give information on what they saw, heard, etc. Even if it is new Pups being born. They are also to report to the Zeta for wolves of their own battle.

Zeta (1-3) - The Zeta is a bit complicated. They take orders from the Alpha In case a war breaks out. The Alpha is the wolf who declares war, but the Zeta plans, and leads thy war. They often train wolves to be an Eta to take the place of the Zeta in future moments.

Eta (2-8) - The Eta are the sheer warriors of the pack. They are trained, and led by the Zeta and or Epsilon in war. They take orders by the Alpha.

Lota (1-2) - The Lota are the healers, or medics of the pack. They are very skilled, and knowledgeable in herbology. They know what plants and herbs will help cure, or heal others.

Theta (1) - The Theta are the lead Medics. The "Alpha of Medics" is what I call it. They train the Lota to take thy place as Theta when they are fully trained to do so.

Kappa (1-2) - Now, the Kappa are the lead hunters of the pack. Normally there is only one. But, it depends on how large the pack is, on how many Kappa there are. They lead the packs hunts when the Alpha says to do so. They make sure the pack is well fed. And never starved. They make sure the pack has a well diet as well.

Lambda - The reason I didn't put a number of Lambda in parentheses, is because there may be an unlimited number of them. Like thy Kappa, they are the hunters of the pack. But not in the lead. They follow the Alpha or Lota in hunts. They are quick to follow orders, and very loyal. They are Stelthy, and Agile. They can easily take down prey. Large or Small.

Mu (1) - The Mu are the zen of the pack. When I say zen, I mean peacekeepers. They keep the peace within the pack. They use meditation through those who are angry, or aggressive towards another. The Alpha takes the My with them, when they wish to speak with a Wolf who is agitated. Or, if thy want to start a treaty. They make sure no wolves break into a fight in the pack, and sometimes work with the Delta, Zeta, and Upsilon.

Nu (1-6) - The Nu are the ones in charge of finding abundant food, and dens for the wolves to live in. They also keep watch of the pack (like the Beta), making sure to call the Epsilon, Delta, Lambda, and Upsilon when they need them.

Xi (1-2) - The Xis duty is to keep a close eye on the packs resources. For example, their supplies, food, water, den sights, etc. They sometimes assist the Hunters to keep the food in sight. If an intruder wanders into the pack, they are to tell the Epsilon.

Pi (1-4) - The Pi are the therapist of the pack. I know, odd to have a therapist in a Wolf pack, huh? Well, the Pi are in charge of giving advice, tips, etc on what is best for them. They are very confidencial, and share that with their patients. They are very good listeners, and polite. Even if they aren't of much help. They often try not to make judgements. The Alpha is in charge of who becomes a Pi.

Omicron (1) - The Omicron lead the Pi and make sure they are taking care of the pack members needs, problems, etc. Especially in a way that won't harm anyone.

Rho (1-2) - The Rho are secretaries to the Pi. They make sure the Pi habe breaks in between every patient they tend to. Every wolf that wishes to speak to the Pi. Must talk to the Rho first. Just so things don't go chaotic.

Phi (1) - The Phi pupsit. And teach the pups what they will need to know in the future. If a pup. gets lost, injured, etc, they are held accountable. I know, odd, but it is only because they were responsible for watching thy pup.

Chi (1) - The Chi are the jokesters, or jesters of the pack. They are to make everywolf laugh if they are having a bad time. They almost never fail to make anyone laugh.

Sigma (1-2) - The Sigma are the Tutors of the pack. They know enough of each and every thing. They often work with the Phi to teach Pups who might need a bit more knowledge in the pack.

Tau (1) - The Tau is the lead Upsilon of the pack. They give orders to thy Upsilon to spy on, who to spy on, what packs are doing, or look like. They are commonly known as the best Upsilon and only those who have proven themselves will get this rank. The orders come from the Alpha to decide that though.

Psi - This one has to number in parentheses either because there may be an unlimited number. These wolves are the subordinates of the pack. The new members of the pack, or yearling come to them to prove themselves before getting a better rank. They must be careful to achieve this higher rank.

Omega (1) - Ah, yes. The wonderful Omega we all know and love. Come on, we have to have seen Alpha and Omega once in our lives(It's a good movie really.. But, the Omega in these packs aren't like thy wonderful Humphrey in Alpha and Omega. It is far different.). The Omega is often picked on by the other pack wolves, last to eat, and sometimes up and leave the pack if things go too roughly. Although there are those who remain to stick it out, and be strong.

Pup - Yay! Onto the cutest, and most adorable ones in the pack. We all have to love them! The Pups are born into the pack. The number of Pups in the pack may vary depending on the morality, attitude, and the food that is available in the pack.
