Chapter 2

Daiki's Point of View

"Keito!" I call Keito.

"Hai, Daiki-san?"

"Bring this strawberries to Ryuki"

He bow and give the food to Yamada-san.

I was sitting and staring at the garden when Yuri-san see me.

"Daiki. What are you doing there?" Such a kind person she is.

"I'm just watching how the plants sway as the winds blow, How about you, Yuri-san?"

"I'll be going to the capital to meet my omiai"

Omiai?!

"You're getting married Yuri-san?"

"Yes, don't give me a look like that. Daiki, marrying is a good thing. I was abandoned by my family because they don't want to involve me in their debt. This house became my home when father took me in because of my beauty. Even though my family are already gone why do I feel that you are so dear to me?"

"But... won't you marry the person you love?"

"Well, this is my fate after all"

Yuri-san stands up and wave at me. She walks away.

We follow her and wish her a safe trip.

"Daiki, don't leave while I'm gone okay?"

I nods.

Ryosuke's Ponit of View

I see a kid crying while staring at me.

"Wah! Finally, You're awake Ryuki!"

"Don't hug me!"

He gave me a bowl of strawberries.

"Here!"

"Anoo... Where is the person who pick this and the person who saved me?"

Keito's Point of View

Don't tell anything about me okay?

That's what Daiki-san said.

"Ummm... the one who brought you here is the lady this house, Yuri-sama"

Ryosuke's Point of View

Right, she was called Yuri.

"She is busy right now, so she won't be able to take care of you" he said.

Maa... I'll just eat this strawberries.

Daiki's Point of View

Later that night I decided to visit Yamada-san.

"Do you think he's asleep?" I asked Keito.

"Well he just recovered so I think he's asleep"

Ryosuke's Point of View

*pretends to be asleep*

"When you are fully recovered we will go fishing! Do you know Ryuki! Yuri-sama's fishing skills are awesome" the hyper kid said.

"Un, so be good and be healthy,okay?" The person called 'Yuri'

What a gentle hand. I wonder if he can still me with those if he found out that I'm a yokai.

And so it was already morning.

"Oi! You kid!"

"I'm not a kid, I'm called Keito!"

"Yeah yeah, where is Yuri?"

"You bad mannered child! You dare call Yuri-sama, Yuri! You're just a relative of Daiki-san!"

"Daiki?"

"Well... ummm, the gardener! By the way your just Ryuki"

"I'm not Ryuki"

"Then who are you?"

"Ryuki is fine"

Silence befall us.

"Well, if you're looking for Yuri-sama. She went to the capital for here marriage"

Then the kid called 'Keito' runs away.

So, she's going to get married, How boring.

Strawberries again. Who said I love strawberries.

Daiki's Point of View

"Ne, Keito"

"What is it, Daiki-san?"

"I'll be going back to my town. I need to get some things"

I need to go back and find out more.

"But *sob* Yuri-sama said that you don't leave while she's gone"

"I know, I'm sorry"

"Take care okay!"

"I will"

And I hugged him.

Later that night I pack my things and go out if the manor.

Ryosuke's Point of View

Oh! I'm fully recovered. Now where is it that boy.

What a good chance, walking out later at night.

I followed him.

Pretty boy, you caught my attention.

Just then when I'm about to grab him he pant.

What is this? Even though I intended play with him. Do I not want this boy to die?

Daiki's Point of View

No! My illness! My poor heart!

I can.

Just then I noticed a white fire that burned a snake.

Yamada-san?

No! I must get going. I back to the house where I met a yokai but to see only that the whole town is full of blood except the house.

What is this. I run as far as I can.

I fainted half way.
