4. The Lunch Date

Lau backs away, steps in front of me and opens the door. Lau still has my hand and tugs me a little bit. I think he knows that I was still immobilized by his kiss and that I couldn't move. 

Exiting our room Peyton and Larry are standing there laughing about what took place during there goggle hangout, while wait for is to come out.

Larry first notices Lau coming out the room with McKenna in tow.  Larry just shakes his head and tells Peyton "I told you so".  Larry also said I win so you owe me.

**Flashback to Larry and Peyton session***
 
As Peyton and Larry were finishing there hangout. Larry asked if McKenna was in a relationship. Peyton said with a slight additude, why you like her or something?
Larry leaned back in his chair and thinks why the quick additude because I asked her that question.  He just shakes it off and say no but Lau does.  Peyton smile and says No not anymore. Peyton said that's cute but he won't get anywhere with her.  Larry said I bet you by the time we break for Lunch they will have a date planned. Peyton said bet.
**END of Flashback**

Lau says hey Larry, we're going to lunch.. Lau gco.. Larry says let's go then.

No Larry, McKenna and I are going to lunch and we'll be back in a little bit. Larry laughs, looks over to Peyton and said ok then. Peyton I guess it's me and you Larry says while still laughing, plus you own me now.
Peyton: ok ok and they head off in the other direction.

**CHEESECAKE FACTORY **

They get a nice little booth in the back of the restaurant. There is still that akward silence while they look over the menu.

MCKENNA
McKenna is still trying to understand what just happened, wondering why he did that. What did he means when he said I'm glad.  I can't think, my mind is swimming with thoughts of him. His lips, his eyes, his scent. Oh my god he smells sooo good. How am I going to make it through this lunch, is the last thing she thought before she heard here name being called.

LAU
Maybe that kiss was to soon, but I couldn't help myself. This women is stunning. She's just what everybody has told me about her. What y'all don't know is that this is not the first time I've seen her. See I do my research to, but we'll talk about that later.
I can see she is all up on here head. She hasn't spoken since we left Google.

Lau: Mckenna, McKenna you ready to order.

McKenna: Huh... did you say thing

Lau: Yeah belle you ready to order

They both placed there orders and sat in silence for and few minutes. Mckenna just looks at the table playing with here folk. She is just a ball of emotions right now.
The silence is driving Lau insane.  So to break the silence Lau tells McKenna it's my turn to interviewer you, and I only have two rules. 1 You have to answer every question and 2 Be honest. **Lau thinks this is going to be fun**.

Lau:  Where u from?
McKenna: Gary, IN

Lau: How did you end up here?
McKenna:  College and never left

Lau: How boyfriends have you head?
McKenna:  4

Lau: Ever been married?
McKenna: No but I was engaged

Lau: What happen? Why didn't it work out?
McKenna: Our back grounds were just to different and he couldn't  handle how my parents treated me. See I was spoiled by them and I was definitely a daddy's girl.
He, on the other hand was raised by a single mother who did  absolutely nothing for them. He had to become the man of the house to provide for his sister's and I did admired him for that. But he looked down on me for the way I was raised. So when he saw how my parents would pay my rent, send me care packages or just give me money. He had issues with that. He felt it was wrong and felt that I needed to be a women and take care or my own business. I was 20 in college and all I wanted to do was study and party.  So we just drifted apart.

Lau: Who was your last boyfriend?
McKenna:  Well he was, I thought, was the love of my life. We meant in highschool and dated off and on over the years. After I moved here, he came here and lived with his sister and her husband until he found a place.  We dated for about 10 months and one day he just ups and leaves.  Moves back to our hometown and marries his other girlfriend a week later.  I found out from his sister a month later what happen. It took me a long time to get over it. A long time to get over how he left me. A long time.  It wasn't  even him it was the how he went about it.

Lau: I so sorry that happened to you. That was a punk move.  ** I would never threat her like that**
McKenna:  It's fine it was a long time ago. Plus it saved me from a lot of heartache.  Because from what his sister said he's been cheating on his wife since they've been together.  Anyways next question.

Lau: How many people have to slept with?
Mckenna: Laurent Nicholas Bourgeois
Lau: Rule 1 and 2. He says with a big smile on his face.
Mckenna: She mumbles under her breathe one.
Lau: What you say I could here u. **while leaning in a little closer**
Mckenna: OOOONNNNEEEE, You happy now.
Lau: Very very happy, but how is that. You've had four boyfriends, a finace' and that last guy and you've only slept with one of them?
McKenna:  Well if you must know nosey rosey. I don't share all this with just anyone. I'm no hoe you know.  I was raised to hold my womenhood as a gift to give to someone special.  And if I was to give it to someone make sure they are deserving of it. My ex finace' and I agreed to wait until we were married. The other boys, were not deserving. The last guy stole my heart and one of the most precious things I possessed, my womenhood.  Unfortunately he was not deserving.

McKenna: In a low tone she says one last question ** all the bad memories are becoming to much**.

Lau: ok he say **noticing her mood change**.  So do you like me?
Mckenna: Well
