She was awoken by a gentle humming sound, emanating from somewhere close by.
Consciousness began to flow through her again as she slowly opened her eyes to observe the space around her.
Cramped was an understatement.
She was inside what seemed to be some sort of pod or capsule. A faint red glow lit up the walls of the capsule, making it easier to see as her eyes adjusted to the lack of light.

Clunk.
And then silence...

Clunk.
There it was again, a dull metallic sound resonated through the capsule.

Clunk!
A crack of blinding light formed in the area of capsule directly in front of her. Startled, she tried desperately to move her limbs, however she was unsuccessful. The initial stream of light began to widen as the door to the capsule slide open to reveal a medium-sized room with perfectly white walls.
Two figures were hunched over the newly opened capsule, dressed in pristine medical uniforms, also sparklingly white.
"She's awake?!" the one figure broke the silence, staring wide eyed at the pair of equally wide eyes looking back at him from inside.
"But... but this is impossible..." the other figure added, who began frantically typing an assortment of codes into the keypad built into the side of the capsule.
He paused for a moment before continuing to type more nonsense into the keypad.
"Hmm..." he turned and faced her, looking at her up and down.

"Welcome to Eden, Miss EBH-C3" he concluded.
"EBH-C3...?" she asked, screwing up her face.
"Wait... I can speak now!" she exclaimed excitedly, whilst flexing her fingers.
"And I can move too!"
Whatever codes he had just entered had completely shut off the capsule's stasis effect.
The two medical staff just stared at her in disbelief.

Nobody had ever survived a Lifestasis pod failure before.
