The sound of the bell ringing echoed through out the classroom, Kaylee's eyes darted across the room realizing it was time to pack up, she slipped her ragity used up backpack while adjusting her mask covering the bottom half of her face.
She walked past her old best friend pushing strands of platinum locks in front of her face. Kaylee glanced at her, she whispering unknown words into another girls ears, rumors, she pressured.
Kaylee walked up to Mr. Henderson, her chemistry teacher, whom was sitting next to his desk. She was going to ask him a question about the paper the students were assigned.
Aliya the gossip Girl aka old best friend, walked up behind her with her bitch squad, tapping on her shoulder. Kaylee hesitated, nonetheless, she slowly turned around being face to face with the brunette, her blue eyes looking into her soul making Kaylee gulp.
Suddenly, with one swift motion, Aliya ripped off the mask causing her wounds to open making her hiss in pain.
"You see girls, only monsters do this to beautiful people."
Aliya sneered with disgust laced in her voice. Mr. Henderson stood up form his desk, his jaw set, glare settling on the girls. "Aliya, principles office now. " He ordered, quickly making his way towards Kaylee hearing Aliya Huff, her heels clicking across the floor as she left. Mr. Henderson looked at her opened wounds blood smearing down her face as tears started to roll down as well. He quickly wrapped his arms around her small body to bring her comfort.
"Everything is going to be okay. " He soothed but the wavering in his voice had her in doubt. She still gave a small nod stepping away form him. He grabbed the first aid kit and placed it on the desk beside her starting to stitch up her open wounds on her face, the wound was mad to look like a smile reaching up to the sides of her face.
"Thank you". She whispered, thankful that she had someone caring for her. " I'll always help you, Kaylee. For your sake and your fathers. " He said with a reassuring smile, the word 'Father' made her face fall but replace it with a force smile that never made its way to her eyes.
