The pen resting in between his fingers spun again.

He wasn't looking at her.

In fact, ever since the first time she set her foot into the huge château in this Island in France, the man looked at her face only once. Not that she wanted hi to look at her, just that she felt like she was talking to nothing but the wind...

And it has already been more or less 30 minutes now.

She just wants this to be over so that she could already start searching for other jobs.

Although she is a registered nurse, finding a job has been so hard for Isabelle in the last few weeks.

Just about a month ago, she was fired from the hospital she was working for after having a huge fight with the family of a patient who was abandoned to death until he died and until his organs were taken to be sold to other patients in the hospital.

On the same night she was fired, she was involved in what would be the way for this Greek godlike man to hunt her down and offer her a job in this old castle.

She wasn't sure who he was until she told one of her closest friends about her interview today which is actually seeming like a game of "who talks first will be the loser."

For all the time she was sitting there, all he had for her were three questions.

First: "do you want a cup of coffee?"

Second: "how long have you been a registered nurse now?"

Third: "do you have any questions?"

She just couldn't believe it, he was just reading on her CV and nodding his head mindlessly.

"When can you start?" He finally asked the fourth question which took her by surprise.

"I—I'm sorry?"

"I asked when can you start." He said looking up to her face and seeing his garden like green eyes

"As—as soon as possible." She stuttered as her heart thread faster realizing how deep his gaze were.

"Can you start now?" He suddenly asked making her taken aback again.

"N-now?"

"I will have your things picked up from wherever you are living. You will move here. The door opposite this library is the master's bed. Your room will be next to it—your room will have no division to the next room. You have one job... that is to look after her when I'm not on sight—-you cannot blink an eye. You have to focus on her alone. Your breathing should be the same as hers, do you get me?

"Her...?" She frowned. When she receive a call from this man last night he didn't really give her any other information aside from the address and the tempting offer that he promised to pay her every month should she accept the job. The monthly salary he offered her is thrice the monthly salary she had in the hospital.
