An endless chirp echoing around
Welcomes every arriving patch of cloud
Beads dripping down from the hazy sky
Squash so pleasing to every looking eye
The lush green greenery is itself washing
So it becomes the scenery Oh!worth watching
A blossom I can see at the peak of its bloom
Frolicking with the droplets;rinsing it's gloom
Calls upon me to retire from my shed
So slowly and steadily towards it I head
Asked me softly "Why are you so dreamy?"
Is this the load of sins that makes you weary?
Noded my head I,and then said the bud,
Wash them down and turn them into mud
So did I and pleasure of God all sought
Uncountable gladness did it for me brought
Standing motionless yet wearing a grin
I can see the raindrops,
Falling in a string
Wish strongly I,the rain,to long last
To happily upon it long look cast
