Several years ago, a moth preist located the Dragon Elder Scroll without telling his fellow moth priest's he read the Scroll. As he saw the vision before him, he determined that no one should know of the Scrolls whereabouts. When he returned to the temple of the moth priest's he looked in the ancient book of prophecy from the Elder Scrolls. This book held all the knowledge there was about the Scrolls. It was technically a guide to the visions the Scrolls gave. He finally found the one that matched his description. It foretold a daughter of a moth priest would travel to the land of Skyrim. She would face many hardships. She would finally arrive but her arrival would put into action the end of the world. It was up to her to either save the world and become the savior or destroy the world and be the ruler of the new broken wasteland.
As the moth priest started to panic, he remembered something. The odds of a moth priest getting a wife let alone a child were slim to none. The prophecy did say there was a chance she would save the world so he felt there was yet hope.
The priest did his best to forget about the prophecy even though it was always lurking. The moth priest eventually married a beautiful maiden whom he loved very much. Soon after they were married the woman was to have a child. The moth priest convinced himself that his wife would have a son. But as the due date got closer the more worried he got. On the day of birth he waited anxiously outside the room while he let the healers did their jobs. As he heard the infant cry he decided it was time to see his boy. When he walked in the healers said something that shattered his world.
"Congratulations it's a girl." He flew into a fit of rage. When he awoke from it they were all dead except for the baby. He never knew why the baby survived and everyone else died. Especially when the child was the reason for the fit of rage. He knew the child had to die but as he looked Into his daughters eyes he couldn't help but feel love. She had her mother's eyes. But he couldn't bring himself to name her. For naming her would acknowledge that she belonged to him. He gathered her up put her in a woven basket and laid the basket in the river with a note.
As the baby went further down the river she passed by a group of bandits. The chief of of the bandits scooped her out of the water. As they stared into each other's eyes the chief understood that one day this girl was destined for something special. The bandit chief saw this as a chance to have the child he never could.
He named her Jesren.
