Chapter 1

I was sitting in my last class, just waiting for the bell to ring. Finally, it did, summer break is officially here and I finished high school. I get up and walk out of the class to my locker so I can grab the rest of my things. While walking outside the school, I said my goodbyes to some of my friends for now. Then I proceeded to walk home.

'Won't have to go back there ever again.' I thought while walking inside the house.

"Honey, you're back. How was the last day of school?" My mom asked me as I was putting down my backpack.

"Boring as always, what else did you expect?" I say and she laughs.

"Well, at least now you can sleep in without me bugging you." She says and I whisper a 'yes' in victory.

"I'll be going in my room now, call me when it's time for dinner." I say and go upstairs to my room.

I quickly change before going on my laptop to see what's new and what I missed while at school. Mostly random things, but I also got a message from my really good friend, Yoongi.

SwagYoongs: Hey Stella, how was your last day?

StellaBear: It was boring, but I'm glad I won't have to go back there ever again.

SwagYoongs: Haha, yeah that's how I was when I finally graduated.

SwagYoongs: What do you plan to do this summer?

StellaBear: Uhm, sleep, eat, sleep some more? maybe watch some movies? 😂

SwagYoongs: You already do that 😂

StellaBear: Pfft so I guess my summer won't be that different.

SwagYoongs: I guess so, hey I'm gonna go get some food. Talk to you later.

StellaBear: Alright Yoongs.

I start watching some videos on Youtube before my mom calls me for dinner. I go downstairs and see my dad is now here.

"Hey, dad." I say while sitting down at the dinner table.

"Hey, sweetie. How was your last day?"

"Not any different than any other days." I say and he laughs.

"Well now you're free from that, so I'm assuming you're very happy."

"Oh, you have NO idea how happy I am."

After we finish eating, my mom says she wants to go shopping real quick so I go to change and also tell Yoongi that before heading out.

We first go shopping for groceries, where I buy myself some sweets because why not. Then we go shopping for some new clothes since I didn't have my summer ones, and I really wanted some.

After 3 hours, we were back home. I was really tired so I just went to bed, forgetting to tell Yoongi but this happens often so I know he won't be worried.

I've been friends with him for 3 years, and I really wish I could go to Korea to meet him but it's so far away and I have zero money to spend on that right now. I fall asleep with that thought in my head, maybe there will be a solution.

Next Morning

I wake up and look at the clock that says '10:47 AM'. I was still tired but I got up anyway, I quickly did my morning routine and then went downstairs.

"Morning honey." My mom says from the kitchen.

"Morning mom."

"I expected you to sleep in more." She says with a giggle.

"Oh well, I'm hungry anyway." I say and she brings me the breakfast she made earlier.

I quickly eat the breakfast and as I was walking back upstairs, my mom stopped me.

"Hey, so we'll be having company over later. I know you don't like it so you could go outside for a some time while they're here, or you can stay and endure it."

"I'll rather go outside, thanks." I say and she nods.

I go upstairs and see that Yoongi isn't up yet, I leave him a message saying that I might not be on when he wakes up. I then grab my phone and see if any of my close friends from here are up so I can plan to go with them while the company is over.

Luckily for me, one of them is up.

You: Hey Kellie, can you hang out later today? I'm gonna have company over and I don't want to be in the house.

Kellie: Yeah sure, just text me when and where to meet up

You: Hmm 30 minutes at the coffee shop?

Kellie: Perfect, see you then!

You: Alright byee

I quickly get ready and head out after telling my mom. I didn't live necessarily close to the coffee shop so it was gonna be a bit of walking until I get there. I grabbed my headphones and put on some music since I had nothing else to do until I got there.

After some time, I finally got there. Kellie wasn't there yet so I just got a coffee and waited for her.

"How's the coffee?" I hear someone say all of a sudden, it was Kellie.

"Hey, there you are." I say and she sits down in front of me.

"How are you an Yoongi?" She says, putting a hand under her chin while looking at me.

"Aish. We're just friends, Kellie." I say and she laughs.

"Aish? Using that Korean talk on me? I know you've been learning Korean for him, but no need to use it on me."

"Oh shut up now." I say and she feigns offense.

"You're telling me to shut up?" She says with a gasp. I just roll my eyes at her and she laughs.

"I'm just messing with you. Anyway, what do you plan to so this summer now that you won't have to worry about school?"

"What else? Sleep."

"Of course, I didn't expect anymore more from you." She says and we both laugh.

"Honestly, I would really like to meet Yoongi. But he's really far away and I no way in hell have the money."

"You can ask your parents, I'm sure they would help with that." She says and I sigh.

"I don't know if they will, I mean it's a lot of money."

"You've graduated with really good grades, surprisingly, so I'm sure they would as a reward for that or something."

"I mean, I guess it really wouldn't hurt to try, would it?"

"Nope, go for it. But for now, let's enjoy the coffee until your company is gone." She says and I nod.

Hello guys!! I bring to you, a new book. Why may you ask? Because I've run out of ideas for my other books. So instead of leaving you guys with no updates, I wrote this. I'm not sure how much I'll update this one, but it will be more often than the others that I have.

Also, this is not going to be a really long book, maybe only around 10 chapters. But I hope you'll enjoy it nonetheless!
