I'm keeping my promise Grandfather, i'm doing what i think is right even though everyone is telling me that it's not .

I stood up and started walking again , trying to get as far away from the village as possible.

10 minutes later . It's getting dark i should try to find a place to sleep . I think to myself,i look up at the trees maybe ther- no the branches are to thin they will snap with my weight , plus i need to find somewhere to patch up my arm that i hurt while running. I think i'm going to walk a few more minutes.

A few minutes later . Is that a cottage ? wow my luck is good today. I think while running up to it. I halt once i get to the door coming to a stop once i get to the door .I could've sworn i saw a fire go out just a second ago. Maybe someone lives here ? i don't want to be rude so i knock  on  the door .*knock*knock* "anyone here." no answer . " i don't mean no harm i jus-." "go away!" I hear what sounds like a girls voice yell. Wait a girl?living by herself in the woods?alone? "miss i just need a place to stay please? my arm is also bleeding  still ." i grumble to myself ."i-i can't sir i'm sorry but you can not come in ." i look up more puzzled than before. "why not ?" for a good minute all that could be heard was the sounds of nature , by now it was pitch black dark outside . then ,"because.. if you come in you will be scared ,and run  away ." " I won't ...please miss."  I hear the lock on the door being unlocked and the door swings open. I walk in. i see  the girls figure standing by the lamp with a hooded cape on with her back facing me . I remember what she said about me being afraid of her. " i won't be afraid ...turn around." no answer "please?" i hear her take a deep breath , she turns around and pulls off her hood. i look at her in shock i don't feel afraid not at all,her skin is blue. Ice blue,And it is beautiful. "i'm Elise."
