The War of Y-29

Chapter 1. The first day in Y-29

I arrived to Y-29, I was commissioned to go there, I came out of the transport plane along with 10 other pilots or soliders. A friend of mine I met him in flight training his name was John A. Wilson he was also commissioned to go to Y-29 as well. "Hey James!" He shouted when I was looking around the place, he was standing by his P-51, "hey John long time no see bud," I said back to him. We gave each other a friend hug and started talking about how are day was, I asked him about what this place is I never heard of Y-29 he said "its a base near brilin and near France it's also by other bases i don't know what they where called." So it's near where are allies are, I saw other planes then Mustangs I also saw P-47D thunderbolts and P-47B thunderbolts, the mustang was my favourite due to its speed and it's fire power, I'm hoping sometime I can fly one in a mission, John said he got me a Mustang that was available, the mustang had a blue nose "The mustang has a blue nose is because it's part if the 336th fighter group The Blue Nosed Basterds of Bodney," "Rly I never heard of that squadron," I said.
The only squadron I heard of the P-51s are the checker tails I've seen Mustangs in my flight training I did pretty good on my training my dad told me about his flying during world war 1, I did my fight training in pearl harbor I was part when the Japanese attacked pearl harbor, after that pilots where transferred to a different base for flight training. After when pearl was attacked and now America has gone into war I was still thinking of the girl who I fell in love with she said to me "stay safe and may God be with you," it melt my heart when she said that she gave me a kiss on the cheek and I got in the transport plane and she watched the plane move to the runway and take off. I will never forget about her and I hope after this war ends I will get a chance to see her.
