Everyone eyes widened and speechless "So our penthouse at GSY Apartment complex is from your company, umma?" Taeyeon asked in disbelief

"Yes son, that why all of you easily get it. Early this year Juhyun and Seohyun successfully have the whole top floor at GSY Hotel, Seoul branch. This is first time I told everyone about my daughter's property and in our family only both of them know it but practically 3 of us since they don't know who behind the scene" Taeyeon, Hyoyeon and their father showing their jealousy while Seohyun and Irene exchange wink

"Thank you umma" Seohyun said with overwhelming proud of her mom

"How did you manage to handle it without I know?" Mr. Kim smile proudly

"I do it while you all not at home. I do my job from home. When everyone travelling, I took chance to visit the headquarters, hotels and apartments"

"Wow, umma is so amazing" Irene said

"Thanks baby" Mrs. Kim wink "But there is one more thing that I want to say"

"What is it?" Sungwon said

"As everyone know, all organization need their heir and so does GSY Corporations" they nodded their head "After I made observation since 4 years back then, I had decide the heir of the company"

"Who will you choose noona?" Sungwon asked eagerly

"Hyoyeon of course out of the list since he's the heir of YJ Group so the remaining are 4 people that are under my care. Taeyeon, Seohyun, Juhyun and Sooyoung are the candidates. I'm don't mean to abandon Taeyeon but because of few twist in his life, it make me can't choose him. Then for Seohyun, she have her own carrier that make she can't focus enough to the company and she's practically disqualified" Taeyeon and Soehyun nodded their head

"So the candidate is Juhyun and Sooyoung?" Mr. Kim said

"Yea and here is my reasoning. Kim Juhyun is still young and she'll be one of the head of our company in future" everyone looked at Sooyoung as they know he win it "But for some reason, her experience is wide in this field plus she was trained and have master degree in business" everyone feel it getting tense

"So I, Choi Yoojin the CEO of Golden SY Corporations declare that Choi Sooyoung is my sole heir" everyone clapped their hands. Hyoyeon patted Sooyoung shoulder and Taeyeon pinch his cheek as they happy for him

"But I don't have any experience in managing big company" Sooyoung said worriedly

"Don't worry, I choose Juhyun to help you. As I said she has experience in that field and she's capable. I'll send you to the university that same as your cousin to pursue your study in business. After graduate, you'll training"

"Ok"

"Look like we'll work together someday" Irene giggle and wink at Sooyoung then the tall guy wink back

"Did I need to go to Changwon?" Sooyoung asked Mrs. Kim

"No, HQ will move to Ilsan before the end of next month so that it'll be easy for me to take care of it. I'll pass the company to you after you success in handling few projects that I aim for. It'll different from how Hyoyeon do in order to be the CEO"

"Umma, is it going to be hard?" Irene asked

"Maybe hard and maybe not but for sure, you'll have fun working with me. It was unlike you work with appa. It's totally different" Mrs. Kim smile sideway

"I dream to work with you and having fun working together" Irene kissed her mom cheek
