I let out a long sigh as I get out of the car. My Jeep is the love of my life. I don't know what I could do without it. I laugh to myself at the thought. I grab one of my many suitcases from the trunk and let out my Dalmatian, Callie. I look at what is going to be called my "house." It's not a house. It's a freaking castle. Mostly made of white concrete with accents of dark gray, and very large windows. Trust me, I'm not the snobby, rich girl who always needs big, bold, and beautiful things. After my parents split, my dad trusted me and my sister, Saige, with his money. Saige INSISTED that we buy this house. Speaking of Saige, she should be here soon. As I'm getting some more suitcases out of my Jeep and Callie is peeing on some bush, Saige pulls up. She gets out of the car exhausted. "Oh. My. Lord. Nothing like a 2 day car ride." Saige says while rolling her eyes. We moved from Florida to Canada. We were both sick of Florida heat so we decided to move up north. I laugh at Saige and we both work on getting bags out of our cars.

While I'm unpacking, Callie runs up to me barking. "She must have to go outside." I think. I walk downstairs and let out Callie. I sit on the steps and watch the sunset. I'm thinking about how sunsets are my favorite color when Callie's barking brings me back to my senses. I see her barking at a boy with dark, messy hair standing across the street and I call Callie back. "I'm sorry!" I say with a slight southern accent. "No prob. She's cute. Dalmatian?" He says. "Yeah" I smile and bend down to pet Callie. "So are you the 'new-neighbor-everyone-is-talking-about'?" I laugh and answer, "Yep that's me! I just moved from Florida." He raises his eyebrows a bit and says, "No way, that's where I'm from. Oh by the way, I'm Daniel." I tuck a strand of hair behind my ear and say, "I'm Liz." He tucks his hands in his pockets and says, "Well Liz, I suggest you go meet the others before they go crazy with anticipation." He tilts his head to the side and I see a group of girls rushing towards me.

Before I can say anything, they lock me in a tight bear-hug full of squealing and giggling. When they finally break away, I see one girl with blonde hair, dark brown hair, and dirty blonde hair. The girl with dark brown hair speaks first and says, "Hi I'm Brinley and these are my friends Emmy and Le-" Before Brinley finishes, the girl with dirty blonde hair cuts her off. She also has a French accent. "Omigosh it's so nice to meet you!! I'm Emmy! I live right there." She points to a dark brown mansion, smaller then the rest. "My humble abode!" She blows a strand of hair out of her face a smiles at me. "I'm Lexie." says the blonde girl. She holds out a tray of cupcakes. "Just baked them today! Although, I'm not a very good cook so just give them to your enemy." She winks and we all laugh. I think these girls are going to be good friends.
