A/N: a joke story that I was inspired to do by a tumblr text post about voltron. My love for voltron, YouTube, and Harry Potter just overpowered me and I felt the need to write this shit show.

Also, I added a shit ton of drama into this because I could. Well, not a shit ton, but drama nonetheless.

So here you go.

............

YouTube was an ever growing platform that provided home for different talent and creators, making it such an amazing, thriving thing. From gaming videos to D.I.Y. Videos, YouTube had it all.

Of course, there were the obvious success, like Pewdiepie, Smosh, Markiplier, Jacksepticeye, Danisnotonfire, AmazingPhil, thefilm/gametheorists, and so many more. They were thriving communities that popped up everywhere.

Among the popular, well known, obvious successes, there were channels that seemingly came out of nowhere, gaining quick popularity even though they lacked a clear distinction of content, being variety channels.

Among them were a group of friends(not that anyone knew besides themselves), all being ridiculous with each of their channels.

Hermione Granger, Ginny Weasley and Luna Lovegood, rising to become a conspiracy and book/movie/game/comic breakdown/Analysis type of channel. They called themselves :

TheGalsOfHogwarts

They reached popularity quite quickly, gaining a following of over 5 million subscribers who all loved the girls silly and profound theories.

Then there was a channel with a bunch of meddlesome, troublesome boy, Ron Weasley, Harry Potter, Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnigan, Fred Weasley, George Weasley, Oliver Wood, Percy Weasley and the two girls of the team, Hermione and Ginny. They so hilariously dubbed themselves:

Gryffindors

After their boarding school dorm name, and they were known for doing a wide variety of dares and challenges, pranks galore. It was a channel of friends goofing around and they all were pretty close, after all, they were family, of sorts. They had garnered a whopping 7 million subscribers and often collaborated with a bunch of youtubers, who often came just to be pranked by the crew.

Of course, a few of them had their own separate channels, Like the Weasley siblings who gave advice on all sorts of things and talked about expected drama in families. Their channel wasn't quite as popular, with half a million subscribers, but they thought that in itself was amazing. TheWeasleys

Harry, on the other hand, was a sports freak, who posted parkour, tricks, stunts, but also delved into prop making and how to safely attempt the tricks he did. His channel garnered, somehow, over 20 million subscribers, which shocked people when they found out. He surpassed a lot of channels, and it was mostly because of how interactive he was with the community, and it didn't hurt that he was gorgeous and nerdy. He called his channel Pottertricks , and yes, he was super uncreative with the name.

Separately, there was another group from the same boarding school, called Slytherins , who had 6 million subscribers. The members weren't as varied as The Gryffindors, but the fun group still had fun. Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, Blaise Zabini and others, older members. They were like their Gryffindor counterparts, and they often collared with each other. Though, disdain was obvious Between Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy. No one knew why the two didn't get along, it was just how it was. No one really pointed t out either, so it was just a thing that was there.

Draco was the last of the crew with his own channel, having a variety of mediums. He did art, did covers, did makeup tutorials, fashion tutorials, fashion tips, Yada yada yada. He was the channel you'd turn to if you need a cheap or quick, but good looking style. He simply used his name as his channel, and there was a certain charm about him, his channel, that somehow garnered 19 million subscribers.
