Your heart pounded as the sounds of battle filled your ears. The thrill of being there, swinging your scythe around an unsuspecting opponent and slicing their head off filled you with delight. Not that you enjoyed killing others, but being fully aware that they respawn, it was... relaxing in a certain sense.

Your metal arm swung the scythe around Tracer who made quick to dodge it. Having never been born with a left arm meant you had to build one yourself, maybe that's why you were so fond of building machines. The bell signaling the end of the match rang and Tracer giggled, "Almost had me there [y/n]." she said, jumping over to you as you both began to walk back. "I hate it when someone dies so close to the bell" you commented, "Why's that dearie?" she asked, running ahead a bit and turning back to you, walking backwards as she listened. "I always worry that the bell will ring and someone wont be able to respawn" you sighed, it was a silly idea, but you were concerned non the less.

"Haha! Is that it? There's no way anyone couldn't respawn, the machine is on 24/7." she giggled, as she walked backwards. You thought about it, as long as your dna was in the system and you were within a mile of the re-spawn, you couldn't really die. It eased your mind, "I suppose you're right" you smirked, you had never really been one to smile fully. Whether it be your calm personality, or the fact that no one was really funny, you figured you would never really know.

"Fire in the hole!" You heard, followed by insane giggling and a loud 'boom'. You looked up and saw the annoying rat flying through the air, straight at tracer. "Move! Move! Move!" he shouted, you could almost hear Road hog groaning from across the map. Without thinking, you shoved Tracer out of the way, just in time. However, you weren't fast enough and felt the full force of a 6'6 man slam into you.

You were knocked to the ground and angrily groaned, the man laid over you and you felt the vein in your head popping out. "Get offa me!" you yelled, shoving him onto his side, he giggled in responce "Sorry mate! Didn't see ya guys walkin!" He popped up and Tracer grabbed your arm to help you stand upright. You winced a bit, "Hey love, are you alright?" Tracer asked, you felt your side and noticed something poking out of it.

Tracer took note and ran off to get Mercy, you groaned and held your side, forgetting about the junker for a few seconds. "Sorry about that mate" he said with a smile, "Didn't think you were so weak" he laughed. "Don't" you growled, glaring up at the towering man. His face changed into something of confusion, so you took it upon yourself to walk away from the conversation, not wanting to create conflict.

"Hey mate, wait up." he said jogging over, "I left for a reason" you growled, finally having enough. "Well ya don't need to talk to me, but I know that everyone else'll have my head if ya get hurt worse." he said, slowing you down. You looked down at what you could only assume as a rib and sighed. "Fine" you growled and watched as his face spread into a smile. The next five minutes were quiet before Mercy and Tracer showed up. You were impressed, you didn't think the rat had it in him to stay quiet for so long, though he never stopped moving.

Mercy healed you and glared at Junkrat before sighing and walking away. Tracer followed you as you went to grab a bite to eat and you both talked over hamburgers. The rat avoided you for the most part, which you were fine with. Though Roadhog seemed to watch you more often than he had before. Something was going on with the two, but you'd rather not get involved if you could help it.
