Chapter 31 - The Question

I shuddered numerously beneath him. Jan held my face and cupped it "I'm close Baby. Shit." he said. He was trying to say something else but he failed and then I felt something warm filled me down there. "Ohh..." Jan grunts and cussed.

He buried his face on my neck and his whole body was rigid. He placed his whole weight above me but I did not find him heavy.

We were both out of breath holding our naked bodies near. I could feel Jan's heartbeat, it was beating really fast or was it mine that I heard?

Covered in sweat and pink tinged cheeks, we looked tipsy. Perhaps drunk with pleasure but we were actually sober.

"Baby, I love you." Jan said after catching his breath.

"I love you too Boo." I smiled giving him a peck.

"Thank you." sabi niya pagkatapos. He pressed his forehead against mine.

I frowned when he said 'thank you.' What was that for?

"Please don't say that. Don't thank me for sex. Iba ang dating sa akin." I told him immediately.

Napatingin siya sa akin at agad na binawi iyon. "No, hindi lang naman yun eh and please do not consider is as 'sex'. You know it's more than that Baby." sabi niya sa akin.

"Okay." I sighed.

He moved to his back and held me near his chest. We were cuddling "Thank you dahil binigyan mo ko ng karapatan na mahalin ka sa ganitong paraan. You gave me the right to love you intimately, you trusted your whole self to me. It means a lot. Ganun mo ko kamahal para ibigay mo ang sarili mo sa akin? Sa panahon kasi ngayon, hindi na laging love ang dahilan para gawin to eh." Jan explained why he had to thank me earlier and I could not help but to be emotional.

"Ayan ka nanaman Jan eh!" I said hitting him lightly on his naked chest.

"Bakit?" he turned to look at me.

"Pinapaiyak mo ko." sabi ko.

He chuckled "Happy tears?"

"Of course it's happy tears Boo. You make me trusting you so easy. You make me feel safe." I placed my arms around him.

Natahimik siya sandali. I could only hear his breathing and his fast beating heart.
"Masaya na ako. Pwede na akong mamatay."

"Jan!" hinampas ko ulit siya.

Nagtaka siya kung bakit ako nainis and then maybe he realized it "What? Joke lang naman. It's just an expression. Sobrang saya ko kasi eh." sabi niya ng nakatawa.

"Ako din." sabi ko naman.

"Talaga? Napasaya ba kita tonight?" he asked searching for my eyes.

"Shut up, alam mo naman yung sagot ko."

"Hmm...gusto ko sabihin mo, magaling ba ako Baby?" pangungulit ni Jan.

"How will I know?" tanong ko sa kanya.

"Anong how will you know? Eh di kung nasarapan ka ba sa ginawa natin? Did you like it?" wow talaga, gusto niya talaga sagutin kon yan?

"How could I compare? Eh ikaw ang nakauna sa akin!" inis kong sagot.

Jan's smile widened "At ako na ang huli, ako lang ha Baby?" he hugged me tight.

"Depende." biro ko.

"Huh? Bakit depende?"

"Depende kung magpapakabait ka." sagot ko tapos tumawa lang ako sa kanya.

"Will there be ever a time that you won't love me anymore Baby?" he asked me a sudden question.

"I don't know Boo." I paused at natigilan din siya. I lifted my head to look at him "All I know is, I don't want that day to come."

Jan traced the outline of my lips "I promise you, that day won't ever come. I will make sure that you'll have my heart forever." sabi niya ng mahina.

"Hmmm...cheesy!" I grinned.

"Ahh cheesy pala ha?" alam ko na ang kasunod nito. Papatayin na naman niya ako sa kiliti.

Umiwas ako agad "No, Boo...joke lang." but it was too late because he was already tickling me to death.

"Boo, stop!" I said standing up. Narealize ko pa lang hubad ako kaya dali dali kong hinila ang kumot tinakpan ang katawan ko. Pero mabilis din akong nahila ni Jan pabalik ng kama gamit din ang kumot na hawak ko.

I yelped but he was very quick to move. In an instant, I was again in bed on my back and he was above me with his boyish grin.

"You ready?" he gave my shoulders butterfly kisses.

"For?" I asked innocently.

Tinignan lang niya ako and there was that look in his eyes again. The same look he had when he walked inside my room not less than 30 minutes ako.

"Round two, Baby." Jan said before he dipped his head again claiming my lips.
