The phone rings.

*ring, ring, ring*

"Are you going to answer it?"

Mrs. H just shakes her head slowly left to right, then right to left.

I walk towards her phone. The number on the phone is unknown I lift up my head then I look at her. I accept the call.

"Hello?" I look at the floor.

"Hey, hennbenny?"

The man on the phone I recognize his voice a deep voice with a crackly tone. And no one calls me that besides Marissa's father.

"...Little billy?" I responded back hoping that it's him.

"Yes, hennbenny. Where is she?"

"She's laying on the floor.."

"Can she talk?"

"Um no, she hasn't said a simple word yet".

"Tell her it is very important"

I look back at her, she lifts her arm up saying continue with her arm instead of using her words. I put the phone on speaker.

"You're on speaker talk..."

"Melanie, marissa is right here she is a bit bruised up but she's breathing again".

She sits up, she blinks a couple of times. She walks towards me. She moves her lips slowly as if she wanted to say something. She spoke.

"My... My daughter is alive?" she says speaking low and raising her voice at the same time.

"Yes, she's okay".

"I'm on my way right now"

She hangs up, we get into the car. We arrive at Av hospital. It's extremely packed with everyone that was at the party. Then a detective walks up to me.

"Ms. Joseph?"

I look at Ms.H then look back at him.

"Yes, that's me..." I began to start shaking, getting chills and goosebumps all at once.

I walk with him to the other hall. While trying to answer the detective's questions I watch Ms.H walk to the front desk, I watch the way her lips move to understand what she's saying. Then she gets a pass. She looks at me, I look back wiping my tears. She walks towards me.

"I think we are done here detective thank you."

She puts the pass on my my shirt she wraps her warm arms around me then whispers to my face looking me in the eye

"I love you"

For the first time I felt like Ms. H really did love me. I hugged her, she grabs my hand and we walk bravely down the hall to room two hundred- twenty two. The room Marissa is in. We make it to the room. I look at her she looks at me. I open the door.

"Omg mom!"

Ms. H drops everything that was in her hand onto the floor and rushes into marissa's arms. Marissa cries then looks up at me, I cry just looking at her. She waves at me telling me to come. Ms. H lifts up and smiles at me she grabs me then kisses my forehead. Her and Little billy walk out the room leaving us to talk.

"Henn...-"

"Don't you dare"

I hug her. And kiss her forehead.

"I'm happy you're okay"

The nurse comes in and gives her medicine she ends up falling asleep. I wait until she is fully sleep. The doctor says we can bring her home tomorrow. Ms . H and Little billy stay the night in the hospital with marissa while I head back to the house. I do some cleaning, then i head out to Party city to grab balloons and some welcome home party planners. A strange hard knock on the door. I look at the door. Then whoever is on the other side of the door begins to start kicking the door.

"Open this damn door henny nicole joseph"

I crawl to the light switch and slowly flicks the lights off.

"Henny I know you're in here open this damn door now"

The voice sounds so understandable almost as if we're Mark but it can't be because wait... they never found Mark's body. Then a noise comes in I peek my head out hiding in the kitchen by the knifes. The door was open. I hide inside the cabinets. I hear the sound of his boots on the ground as he walks in getting closer to me.

"Henny babygirl you can't hide, Tony is dead, Marissa is dead now I have to get rid of you too"

"Come out before I hurt you which i don't want do"

I peep out the cabinet crack I see him I grab a pot next to and sneak out, he bangs the gun in his hand on the counter.

"Bitch come out!"

I sneak out raise the pot over my head. Then I watched him fall and bleed out after he was hit in the head. I run straight out the door until he yanks my hair and I fall back. He closes the door.

"Oh you're not going anywhere after what you just did"

"This will tell you to keep your mouth shut"

I kick him in the face running to the room down the hall. I tired but scared can't find my phone nor my keys.

"You shouldn't have done that"

I lock myself in a room someone grabs me I begin to scream well was about to till they put there hand over my mouth it was Tony.

"Are you okay did he hurt you?"

"No but yes i'm okay, can we please get out of here"

"I will try you sneak out the window here's the keys to my car i'll handle him"

He helps me out the window. I wait till he walks out to come back into help him. I go into Ms. H bedroom for her gun. But I was too late i heard three shots fired. I cry, I hear heavy breathing on my neck I turn around it's him he socks me and it turns black. I wake up in a place like a workshop or a warehouse. I'm tied up. With tony sitting next to me tied up on a table bleeding to death. Then mark comes with a chainsaw. I scream.
